I loved the instructors at this Row house. They are passionate, knowledgeable, and truly create a motivating and welcoming environment. Kim and Sarah were my absolute favorites! Each and every class of theirs that I’ve taken has been top-notch, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about helping members meet their goals.
That said, I’ve been disappointed with how difficult it is to freeze/unfreeze an account, especially for members like me who travel often but still want to remain part of the community. It feels a bit discouraging when you’re trying to stay connected to a place you love, but the flexibility just isn’t there. I hope they consider making the process easier in the future. It would really go a long way in supporting loyal members who want to stick around long-term.

I love this place. I finally found a fitness activity that I enjoy and keep coming back for more. It's a great low impact workout, and there's so much variety in class types. The coaches are phenomenal, I can't pick a favorite. They go out of their way to reach out and check on you, as and help you achieve your goals. The owners have fostered a such a sense of community and family. The entire staff is a amazing. I can't recommend Row House Flower Mound enough.

I really enjoyed the instructors and classes, and the various challenges were both fun and motivating. However, as my schedule became more sporadic, the fixed class times no longer worked for me. I found myself paying cancellation fees frequently and eventually decided to cancel my membership until my schedule stabilized. Unfortunately, when I tried to cancel, I was informed that I would be charged for another full month due to their cancellation policy. This was disappointing. As a wellness studio owner myself, I found the fees and cancellation policy disheartening. I would have considered returning, but after being charged for a month I couldn't use, I felt taken advantage of. I highly recommend a more customer friendly business model.

Five stars for the instructor and facilities. However, if you are from out of state and visiting for the first time, be warned that they will charge you for the free "try out" class. I would suggest they add that caveat to the "first timers" page in bold letters. I was visiting family, but I was hoping that if I enjoyed the experience I could attend classes back where I live. Unfortunately, the receptionist took a brusque tone when I asked about other discounts and the price of the drop-in fee. I almost left, but I was with family so I stayed and placed the frustration in to the workout. I later found out my place of my residency has cheaper drop-in and membership rates, so I will definitely try Row House again at other locations. But I was definitely almost "out" by how I was treated when initially walking in.

I was prepared to not like the 2024 remake with Jake Gyllenhaal, after all the Original Version with Patrick Swayze is one of those guilty pleasures that always seems to be playing on one of the channels somewhere on the weekends….

Oh Hang on – I should be talking about ROW House….. 😉

I have been a Member for over 2 years, so you can probably figure out I enjoy the routine – and they provide a good variety of programs! I really like that the stats show how you improve over time and the entire system gives you accountability

But the biggest thing about Flower Mound Studio is both the Coaches and the Members.

All of the Coaches do a great job to push and encourage you, making themselves available if you have questions or concerns.

From a member perspective It is VERY much a non-intimidating environment and you will feel comfortable attending and participating as much or as little as you like.

Weekend sessions do get busy, but I have had a 100% success rate in clearing any waitlist and joining a session.

All I can say is come give it a try – and there isn’t any bouncers at ROW House 😉

One year in and Row House has become my home away from home. I was one of those people who hated exercising and now it is something I look forward to. I was hesitant in the beginning - honestly being on a rower for 45 minutes didn’t sound fun at all. Then I met the coaches and the crew and the way everyone motivates and encourages each other is awe-inspiring.

I have been here for a little over a year but it has been an awesome adventure and every day is an enjoyable workout. The studio is super clean and the bathrooms are extremely clean. The instructors are a lot of fun and knowledgeable. I really like the way they lower the music level when calling out instructions. Come try a class and see for yourself.

The coaches at RH Flower Mound are awesome - very encouraging and motivating - they know their stuff! The business is proactive and well run, they always seem to be bringing in new people, making fun theme rows, encouraging rowers to challenge themselves with something new. Working as a team and rowing in swing, but challenging yourself - it's not competetive - makes it more enjoyable. Try each, different class and see if there's one or two you like, but chances are you'll enjoy all of them for different reasons. Rowing at RH Flower Mound is a great workout!

This place should be be called Row Home...since we all know each other and love each other. Feels like a family ...you get support and encouragement in each class. The coaches (Sarah, Kimmy, Amy, Liz and Christine) push you hard and yet remind you to listen to your body. I have made great friends here, rowing together and growing together. From Restore to Strength each class can be challenging since everything is effort based. No paddle required!

Update: I’m two months in now and still loving it. I love starting my week with a restore class and moving up from there as the week goes on. Today I tried my first crew vs crew and it kicked my butt but I’m so proud of it. Kimmy makes the uncomfortable worth it and fun. She is just one of my many reasons for showing up!

Rowing was always a training element I enjoyed. I was stoked to find row house! I’m so glad we have this gem of a place !! I love the whole low-impact work out. But, what makes it a truly special experience is the fun crew and hands-on coaching. Started rowing here with my lady at the end of May and was hooked from the first class! Incredible workout! I’m a free weights guy who hates cardio, but you’ve got to have it. Instructors are polished, professional and very motivating.
Rowers are clean and well maintained. Use of technology to track meters and speeds is impressive.
My favorite part is the multi-sensory experience as the house lights dim and the blue lights come on. Everyone gets in swing together, everyone works hard together. The energy in the room is a lot of fun!

They teach you how to properly use the erg, which is important if you want to get a good workout without injury. They are also motivating and make the classes fun. About the time you feel like you have given all you have to give, they say something to cheer you on and you surprise yourself. It is a great low impact, but full body workout. Rowing is the perfect workout for me. I have had two knee replacements and a Hip replacement in the past year and this gives me a total aerobic workout without pounding the Ground. It has helped my rehab the most of all I have previously done. I highly recommend it to ALL ages. I am 65!

Row House Flower Mound is awesome and loads of fun with hard work. I have to mention 3 instructors. Kimmy is so friendly and happy all the time. She takes song requests which makes me feel part of the team! Also I get to hear songs I like!! Sarah is a great coach and keeps an eye on your form. Always wants to help you do better but still insists on you knowing your limitations. Kamila is super energetic and again, fun to have as a coach. All are great there! We probably have the best set of coaches.

My journey at RH began back in October and I saw progress towards results I was wanting in just a few short classes! The app easily allows you to see your progress while also holding yourself personally accountable. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable instructors offer you all the support and encouragement you need to unlock that ‘little bit extra’ inside that we all seek in these times. Lots of great choices to work out here in Flower Mound, but few are changing outcomes and fostering friendships as fast as Row House is!

I’ve been to a lot of workout studios and gyms. This is one of the few that doesn’t smell like sweat and is very clean. I have not seen any dirt on the studio floor since I have been here for 2 weeks. The first thing they do is give a newbie one on one instructions on the proper rowing technique. Some workout studios do not do this. During class, the coaches come around to check your form and give you extra motivation. They even row with you. The music is not too loud that you can’t hear instructions. The coaches are there before class starts and is not running in late. I like all the classes taught by Kamila, Kimmy, Sarah and Amy.

I joined Rowhouse back in August and it has been a great experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It took a little while for me to get the proper form down but the stroke clinics they put on are great for perfecting your stroke. They motivate you to set goal for yourself and you have access with the app to see your progress. I want to give a shout out to my favorite instructors: Kamila, Kimmy and Sarah are the instructors I have most of the time. All of them are fantastic. Kamila is kind, always helpful when you have questions and a great motivator during class, Kimmy is energetic and fun, always smiling and I love her “killer core”, Sarah is a master at refining your stroke and always makes sure we are doing it correctly. The owners are engaged and fun as well. I would recommend this workout for anyone trying to get a good workout and stay or get in shape. Did I mention it’s low impact and full body workout! Oh yea, one stop shop!

I started Row house a little over a month ago. Row house actually showed up on my Instagram feed and sparked my interest. This was a time I was trying to find something that would assist me further on my health journey. So, I reached out and signed up for three months. I thought three months was enough time to decide whether or not I was going to like it.
One of my close girlfriends, Cass, decided to come with me to my first class. We have been going strong ever since.
The staff is great from the coaches to the front desk. Each one of them are so nice, encouraging and just amazing humans all around.
Finally, I have found a work out routine that I am truly in love with. This is something I look forward to at the end of my day. Love the atmosphere and just being around others that are on their own health journey.
I have done personal training, going to the gym, swimming etc… But nothing has sparked my enthusiasm, commitment and just love to keep going and reach my goals like Row House.

I started rowing a few weeks ago and have been hooked since. I did my first free class and immediately after signed up for a full year. By hooked, I mean we’ve been going 5 days a week and pouting that we have to take a break and rest our bodies. Ha! I was trying it out with a friend because it’s low impact and we both have knee issues. It is such a great workout and it’s not killing our knees. I love that they have a variety of classes allowing us to get strength training in as well. We’re working our arms, legs, and core. BONUS! Here is my FaVoRiTe part - the STAFF!!!! Ro and I fell in love with the team from day one. What an encouraging, fun-loving group. They push you to work HARD while you may feel like you’re dying ;-), and they do it through love and passion for what they do. Who doesn’t love a coach that will PUSH you?! We’ve also loved meeting the other guests. It’s like a big family and we’re not going anywhere. Feels like home.

The Row House coaching is consistently applied across the various class options. The class size is usually between 15 and 20 people and everyone is focused on their performance, which is the way it should be. The coaches are very encouraging, because they understand their classes can be challenging. I hope they continue to be successful, because rowing is so much less stressful on knee and ankle joints.
