We are a South African family who moved here in 2018. My son joined this club and found so many wonderful friends, the coaches and families that are part of this club are wonderful. The rowing coaching is outstanding and we would highly recommend this sport for your son or daughter. Lots of time out doors, great exercise and great company

Joined as a novice. And I am impressed by the heart and dedication of this little rowing club. I hope to continue as a masters class rower long into the future. Talk to Dee Hotop if you need advice on starting out.

This has been a great experience for my daughter that does not enjoy traditional team sports. She has a great time with the team and they really help her push herself to get better. The coaches are friendly and are great with new rowers.

Our daughter has had an excellent experience with Rowing Club of The Woodlands since she first tried it out a year ago during a summer Learn to Row camp. RCTW has provided her with a challenge, accomplishment & accountability like nothing else she's experienced. The coaches know their sport and do a great job of sharing that passion and expertise with the junior rowers, while also teaching safety and good sportsmanship.

Oldest organized rowing club in The Woodlands, TX with youth and masters, learn to row and competitive rowing. Athletes 11-17 welcome. Many of their athletes are rowing on scholarship at D1 rowing schools like University of Texas.

Rowing Club of The Woodlands is one of the more diverse rowing clubs in the state of Texas. They have rowers from novice to experienced. Coached programs include learn to row, juniors, club and masters rowing. The Woodforest Bank Boathouse is a great location in North Shore Park with convenient parking. The club and township have provided excellent docks for water loading of shells. A very resilient and hard working club for a physically demanding sport.
