I normally go to Rumble up in North Texas and love it, so while we were staying at Barton Creek for the week I decided to check out the Dripping Springs location — and it did NOT disappoint. The vibe here is awesome, the workouts were killer in the best way, and the people were super chill and welcoming. I ended up getting five workouts in during vacation 😂 which tells you everything you need to know. If you’re in the area, this studio is a must. Highly recommend! 💥🥊

Rumble is the perfect mix of intensity and fun! The workouts are physically and mentally challenging in the best way—every class pushes me while still being super motivating. The music is always on point and keeps the energy high from start to finish. If you’re looking for a workout that’s as empowering as it is effective, this is it!

I have totally transformed my body and lost nearly 30 pounds since I started doing workouts at Rumble 3X a week a few months ago! Such an amazing full body workout.
The trainers and staff are wonderful and I love the music! I also really appreciate that everyone sanitized equipment at the end of each class making it a sanitary environment. I’m addicted and won’t stop showing up!

Rumble Boxing is not your usual workout! It has guided classes with great music that take you through 5 rounds of floor (legs, arms, cardio) and 5 rounds at the bags, all in a supportive atmosphere. Give it a try!

Welcoming this new workout program to the area. It recently opened and a neighbor planned a group class to check it out. First class is FREE.
Cleanliness: very clean and does not smell like sweat. Hopefully it stays that way 😉.
Staff: amazing and very friendly people. We even took the class with the owner of the studio. A good sign when creating a sense of community.
Coach: overall a great coach. I suggest asking who is familiar and new to this type of training before starting the class. I think he did explain some movements but I was all over the place figuring out where to spot myself. There may be an introductory class in the schedule, which I recommend taking it, but call for more info about this.
Ambience/Space: room temperature was comfortable enough to not get a heat stroke while working out 😀. Very spacious and plenty of room to do workouts. Lockers, bathrooms, showers and workout towels are available too.
Equipment: brand new equipment in perfect conditions. Gloves are provided too, if needed.
Difficulty Level: high steep learning curve but I can see how I improved by the end of the class, making at least two sessions a week fir thus class appealing to me.
Prices: call the studio for options available which are 4/month; 8/month or unlimited. Unaware if they are running any specials or discounts (for example military or veteran).
Concern: how can I ensure to have a balanced workout when punching the bag. For example an even arm workout so I don't end up with one more toned than the other. Maybe that was explained too and I missed it 😑.
Overall: I loved it and it is a really great workout. It was my first time so it took a while to get in synch but by the end of the class I was ready to knock out that punching bag during the freestyle section 😀. I felt energized after the workout. Now just waiting to see how I feel after as I'm proned to inflammation and injuries during this type of workouts. I highly recommend taking an intro class before joining a regular class. Or perhaps the studio may require taking the intro class before joining a regular class. Also doing a pre-warm up and stretching before joining the class, so your full body is ready to rumble.
