I have worked with Christian for almost a year now and I wholeheartedly recommend him! As a much older women, just beginning my fitness journey, he has patiently coached me and taught me so much, understanding I had very little practical knowledge. He is cheerful and encouraging, which is always motivating. My workouts are designed specifically for me taking my limitations into consideration. I am feeling more confident and stronger as the months have passed!

I've been training with Christian for about a year. He's an incredible trainer, and I am so very thankful and happy that I get to work with him.
I've always been fairly active and athletic, but I strayed a bit off course for the last couple of years... Life gets busy and stressful with work, kids, etc and for a while I lost the motivation and the direction to get from where I was to where I wanted to be.
Christian not only got me back on track, but I actually enjoy working out again. I've gotten much stronger, improved my body composition, and I genuinely feel better than I have in years.
Christian stands out because he is incredibly intuitive and tailors both the workout and his approach to each person as an individual. Nothing about him is cookie cutter. He pushes me when I need to be pushed. He encourages me when I need to hear a kind/positive word. He keeps me centered on how to accomplish reasonable and realistic gains. He makes every workout a new adventure and it is incredibly satisfying to see the progress I've made (all thanks to his guidance and dedication over the last year). He manages to make every workout fun, yet challenging at the same time. I genuinely look forward to and enjoy the hour that I get to train with him every week. In addition to being an incredible trainer, Christian is friendly, funny, and an amazing person.
There's no one I would recommend more than Christian - he truly is the best.

Christian is a rare find! He is a knowledgeable professional who is able to maintain a comfortable and relaxed space for the client to learn and grow. He knows injury personally so he understands how to quickly adapt an exercise to benefit the client perfectly. Plus he practices what he preaches! He is an athlete sharing his expertise with other athletes. After I shattered my leg he was the one who gave me the skills and confidence to start jumping again! After college, I stayed somewhat active but kept telling myself I’d eventually get back into the shape I was in during my collegiate athlete days.
I just couldn’t find the structure or motivation for several years, until I started training with THE one and only Christian Sabatini!!!

I started training with Christian in March after I had a consultation with him. Christian patiently listened to me explain my fitness goals, in addition to my overwhelming anxiety level regarding working out on machines in an open gym environment. His customized workouts are the key to my success. I am losing weight while building muscle simultaneously. Christian is very motivating, and he always makes me feel comfortable & confident when I’m pushing myself through each session. He communicates the purpose of each machine & demonstrates the proper form so I can achieve maximum results. My husband and I trained for +/- 6 months.
We have had a wonderful experience with Christian. He is very knowledgeable about the anatomy and targeting the right muscle groups with an abundance of functional exercises using the whole body which are my favorite. He also gave us a good variety of exercises and easily accommodates to ones needs( especially after a surgery) I was able to work out and modify exercises according to temporary limitations.

Christian has been my trainer for over 6 months, and he has been an amazing guide on my fitness journey. As someone who never went to the gym, Christian has been an amazing teacher on correct form as well as encouraging me when to work hard.

One thing that Christian helped me fix was me squatting form. When squatting, I had a tendency to push my knees together, and it caused some pain in my knees when squatting. Christian noticed it immediately and wanted me to focus on driving my knees out. After doing so, I stopped feeling the pressure in my knees from before and was able to lift more weight!

Overall, Christian has been a great trainer, and I would recommend him to anyone who's getting into working out and looking for someone to help walk them through their fitness journey.

I started training with Christian in March 2025 and I honestly can't believe the difference it has made. Before I used to find the gym boring and couldn't stay consistent. But now I actually look forward to my workouts. Each session with Christian is different, engaging and tailored to push me just the right amount. Some workouts are definitely challenging, but what makes the biggest difference is that Christian never gives up on me and always finds a way to keep me going.

In February of this year, I had been feeling so sluggish and normal tasks had felt more and more like work since my foot injury almost 2 years ago now. It had made me nervous to get back into exercising. I was worried as I get older that it would only get worse, so I'm glad the day I went into the gym for a membership that I also met Christian.

He's been an incredible help and motivator to keep me going to the gym and exercising consistently. Which in my 20s I absolutely hated doing...but I suddenly enjoy it? lol

I even climbed up to the summit of a mountain recently and never even considered that as a thing I would ever do. Next step: get back into martial arts.

Christian has been my trainer for a few months now and I am so glad I started training with him. His approach to training is fun and motivating. When I go to a session, I know I will be a getting a good workout.

What I like the most though, is how creative he is. Christian uses his background in mixed marital arts and college sports to make each workout unique and fun. He uses combinations of moves and exercises to keep you on your toes (sometimes literally).

I'm actually getting sore again and feel great. He makes each session worth it and you'll know, because you'll be drenched in sweat and barely breathing. If you're looking for a great trainer to help you meet your goals, then you'll have a great one with Christian.

Christian is a very knowledgeable and highly motivated trainer. He takes his time with every client and tailors each workout to the individual without skipping steps.

In the fitness and health industry, it is very common that you get a trainer who will use “cookie-cutter” workout and meal programs, and this causes people to not reach their goals. This is not what he does. He understands the science behind what you need to be doing when it comes to your exercise and diet, and he’s able to make it easy and efficient so your not just getting to your fitness goals, but you’re also understanding WHY you’re doing the things you are doing.

If you are fully committed to changing your life, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not contacting Christian. I have had him train me for over 6 years now and I have never looked and felt as good as I have ever in my life.
