About the Club

Personal Fitness training that specializes in a holistic approach with individualized programs to meet you where you are at. A full postural, core, flexibility & movement assessment is done first to keep you pain free and get you stronger overall.
Services include: bodyweight and strength training, Fat loss, pre and post natal exercise, high intensity interval training, wellness coaching, back pain relief through techniques like myofascial stretching and the ELDOA method.
ELDOA's are postural self-normalising exercises designed for widening the space within a chosen articulation such as L5/S1 where people have a lot of lower back pain. With just a few minutes a day you'll absorb water into the discs better, get stronger & sleep better.

As a firefighter and an avid weight lifter for 30+ years over time, it has caused a lot of compression on my spine and joints. Leila has guided me with her knowledge of the Eldoa Method and myofacial stretch to help relieve my pain. Leila is passionate in her knowledge to help others and makes training fun.

I was just about done with trainers when I found Leila. I was so tired of the typical. I just needed three things from my trainer: energy, experience with the body and compatibility. Energy because…ok, keeping me motivated is difficult. Experience because a trainer must understand the body to get the most from a workout & compatibility because when I don’t want to move, my trainer knows how to encourage and when I can’t move, my trainer knows the difference- that is crucial.

Little did I know at the outset Leila would bring it all around. Even better than I imagined. Embracing my flaws and focusing me on my goals. She exudes calm while guiding toward real progress.

As I worked with Leila, I quickly realized she was multi-faceted. She could be a drill Sargent when my body called for it, an Empowering voice when my body needed more grace, and a freaking Therapist when I had to vent during a workout.

The end result for me, working with Leila, is a spirit raised in energy and a body toned over 50! Leila you are a workout guru and I recommend everyone I know, looking for a real trainer, to you. You’re excellent, my Sistah!

I googled for a fitness trainer and serendipity led me to Leila. Before meeting her and checking her out online, I was drawn to her knowledgable, organized and holistic approach to fitness. I had unique (beginner) needs for a trainer...needs that past trainers ignored, didn't understand or forgot. I've been with her about a year and she still remembers the details about my specific needs, both that I requested and the awesome testing she originally did that explained what my body is needing. Thanks to her, I'm more confident. One of my favorite options with her is to go hiking. If I had to walk an hour on a treadmill...I'd likely not show up. The extra service of walking, stretching, exercises while out in beautiful Austin with this beautiful human is my fave. The gym we meet in sometimes too is so charming and confortable...where I'm not feeling intimidated nor over whelmed when focusing on Leila's guidance and sets.
She's got so much skill and knowledge, not to mention she's fabulously fit herself...there's no skill level she couldn't positively effect.

Leila is very knowledgeable about spinal issues and uses a newish stretch method called Eldoa that has helped with my spine. More than that she uses a myriad of other modalities to help me get physically stronger with care and a genuine concern for my well being. She also really hears me and listens to more than just my physical issues but emotional as well. She’s amazing and I highly recommend her!

I have been working with Leila for about a year and a half and have learned to connect with my body in a whole new way. I’ve always been active and worked out but by working with Leila I now truly understand the importance of alignment and mobility through our work with Eldoas. This has allowed me to feel stronger and more connected to my body.

Now that I’m 7 months pregnant, I’m even more grateful for the opportunity to work with Leila. Before I was even pregnant she has always stressed the importance of pelvic floor strength and how to properly engage it during training. If you're reading this review and are on the fence about hiring Leila, just go ahead and do it already. Working with Leila has changed my life in more ways than one. I was one year postpartum when I decided it was time for a change- I was in an unhealthy cycle of counting calories and doing endless cardio and feeling very frustrated I was expending all this energy and not seeing the results I wanted.

I have been working with Leila for almost a year now and my body composition has completely changed. I stopped weighing myself, stopped counting calories, upped my protein, and followed her workout plan and I have dropped two whole pant sizes and gained a ton of muscle and confidence. I have more energy than ever to keep up with my two year old, and I am so proud to be strong and healthy.

Leila is an amazing trainer and a fabulous friend. If you're ready to make a change and put in the hard work, she is for you!

I’m so grateful I found Leila and I really can’t recommend her enough. I’ve gained at least 10lbs of muscle in just 8 months with her, and that isn’t even what we’ve focused on!

Most importantly, she has eliminated my chronic back pain that I suffered through for 6 years. Her knowledge of the body is frankly flabbergasting. She can diagnose your problems just by watching you, then figure out the perfect stretches/exercises to fix whatever’s broken. And several times I’ve tweaked something on my own, only to have her fix it during our next session (always with some new voodoo she learned from an obscure class years ago).

Absolutely love working out with Leila! I feel so much more flexible and toned. She has really made a difference. I used to go to the gym but never really knew what I was doing and none of it was giving me results. She instead gives me a routine that tones my problem areas and helps with my flexibility issues. Even giving me great stretches to use on days I don't see her to help with some of the stiffness I get from sitting in front of a computer all day. Highly recommend gong to her! Leila is amazing! I’ve been working with her for about 6 months now. I started seeing her because while I have been more active over the last few years, I was noticing that I was injuring myself frequently. I started working with Leila to replace my Equinox training package when I moved. I wasn’t super satisfied with traditional training methods and I struggled with body image issues, so weighing and measuring weren’t really working for my mental health. Once I started getting deeper into my practice with Leila, my whole approach to life and living was able to transform. I have trained with Leila for two years now. I have lifted weights on and off for most of my adult life. As I got older, I had more injuries from lifting heavy and knew it was time for a change. Leila takes a more holistic approach to training . We do lift weights but we also do body weight movements, stretching and balance work. She encourages a change of lifestyle approach with exercise, diet, rest and recovery. I don’t have all the aches and pains that I had before. It’s been a great two years and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get fit and healthy.

I started with Leila almost a year ago. I never had a trainer so at first i was a bit gun-shy. Although she was my wife's trainer at the time and i heard so many wonderful things about her, i just wasnt the type that thought a trainer could make a diffderence in my case...but today, i have a total different outlook and its all because of how she approached me amd my specific needs. One year in, i have never felt better. She taught me how to push myself beyond what i thought i could do--both in mind and body. She tailors the workout for me, there is nothing cookie cutter about her.

I almost want to keep Leila a secret! She has made such an amazing difference in my family's life. I started working out with her 2 1/2 years ago and my husband started last year. She is focused on my total body and health--not just clocking hours at the gym. She is continuously furthering her education and is a unique combination of a trainer focused on physical results as well as mental clarity. Her extensive technical knowledge of the body was invaluable when I was able to get back in the gym with her post mastectomy. I'm in better shape now then ever. I absolutely love training with Leila! I began training with her in February 2014 and have been seeing her a few times a week since then. Wow have I seen results!
