We had a poor experience with the After School Bus. Before registering I was told via email and in the handbook that after school care includes 1 class every day of the week. Turns out that didn’t apply to my daughter bc she didn’t start at the beginning of the school year and they were prepping for the Christmas pageant. Had I been informed of this I would have saved hundreds of dollars to wait to enroll her. Instead I had been told “she will have class everyday before it so if she is comfortable to participate in the show she can definitely be in the show. “. I was not told she would not even be allowed to participate in the class. When I emailed to unenroll her and request a refund I was told a bunch of lies and excuses for her exclusion. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. It was a total waste of Money to send my daughter here to just sit and watch other kids dance. For anyone looking here you should also be aware the facilities do not match all the photos on Google. Check the place out in person before deciding this is where you want your child learning dance.

My kids have been going to SDC for five years. My three are in after school care, company dance a d technique classes. Great prices and we all LOVE the teachers. They love the kids that go there and it feels like family. Would not want to go anywhere else.

Great studio always clean and orderly when in with my son. Has done a good job adjusting to the times with Corona. My son loves the hip hop and tumbling classes he takes.

Both of my kids started at SDC in After School Care many years ago. My Son moved on when he got to Middle School, but My Daughter has continued to stay for these last many years! She loves that she can participate in both the Competition Cheer Team and Dance Company here. The owner also does everything she can to work around School Team schedules and events. The Instructors and Coaches CARE about the kids and work to foster a loving environment. We have formed life-long friendships and My daughter has learned the value of working hard for what she wants in a team environment.
SDC is a family. That’s why we are in our 8th year with them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a local dance director for 20 years. I have sent many of my students to SDC, and every one of them has improved technically, as well as in self-confidence. Kellie Jandt is a professional with years of experience. Her studio teams, (and her previous high school teams that she left to focus on her studio), have always been enormously successful under her leadership. She is a great mom, and that passion for kids shines in her passion for her studio and the kids that fill it.

This is the best dance company in New Braunfels. Kellie is very professional and my kids have enjoyed being a part of her studio. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional! Never answers the phones. An employee of Kellie, the owner, had COVID and she did even bother to shut down to clean at all.

Love this place! The dance experience this place has with it's instructors is impressive! They also have after school programs where they will even pick up kids from school for you. Great atmosphere for kids!
