Absolutely fell in love with everything about this family owned business. Everyone has been welcoming and the coaches are so helpful working on goals with the kids. We feel lucky that Coach Katie was at the front desk when we came in for the first time. She took extra time to get to know my daughter and make her feel special. It meant the world to us! Plus, her husband (Coach Tim) and father in law (Coach Robert) are awesome too! 10/10 would recommend if youβre interested in great physical activity and fun for your kiddos!

This gym is amazing, the coaches help everyone as much as possible at all times and try there best to teach everyone equally. I have been going for the last few months and have already learned so much! Big shout out to coach Tim and Katie for doing an unbelievable job!!

It's very sad that I'm having to post how bad this place was for my family member's birthday party.
There's NO functioning A/C in their party room! There was no A/C vents even going into that room. Everyone was pouring sweat! I feared for the small children'ssafety. I was constantly fanning kids at cake table with a cake plates. They have a "window unit" type in 1 corner of the room that has all the knobs broken off with a pair of pliers laying in front to apparently use since there aren't any knobs. BUT-- It does NOT produce ANY cooling air AND even if it did they have it facing a corner wall that isn't even facing the room! You couldn't feel it even if you stood in front of it!!!
The "host" wouldn't step into this room for more than 10 seconds, the "hostess" Never did.
Several people complained because the room was HOTTER than stepping outside! But they said there wasn't anything they could do.
While we were in the sweat room, we could see them sitting under a ceiling fan at entrance of the building where they actually did have Central Heat/Air. They watched through the indoor windows of the party room as EVERYONE was fanning themselves as much as possible, pouring sweat, turning redder & redder--- and they NEVER even tried to bring in a portable electric fan to TRY & HELP. It was 100Β° outside on 9-7. That"party room" was At Least that hot or HOTTER!
The party cost $200.00 I wouldn't have paid $20.00!!! They owe my niece a refund. The guy we talked to about it not being fair or even safe stated he was part owner. When we told him what he already knew about the hot box, he simply stated, "thank you for that information". Absolutely no acknowledgement of their wrong doing, nor did he give any type of solution or resolution.
Apparently, SEAL gymnastics is fine with charging so much money to put people & kids into what is a basically a large closet that doesn't have any central air or even fresh air (because there aren't any windows you can open either!) and call it a party room.
