lovely experience attending Norma's Warm Chill Flow. the studio is beautiful, they have clear policies so you know what to expect, and best of all, as an instructor, Norma makes you feel welcomed and safe, but teaches a challenging class at the same time.

LOVE Tara’s class! She’s an amazing instructor, very experienced and clearly knows what she’s doing. She challenges us and interacts with humor and knowledge, listening and making sure we avoid what might cause pain (and helping us understand why) while encouraging proper technique with optional extras. I very much appreciate that she lets her natural personality come through in her teaching, not just another “woo woo” yoga instructor, but rather casual and genuine, making us feel comfortable even when we struggle. When all I want to do is sleep in on a Saturday, Tara’s class motivates me to set that alarm. Shanti Yoga is incredibly lucky to have her on Saturday mornings!

And Aggie’s Sunday Buti class… I will literally rearrange my schedule for this. This dynamic cardio flow through different yoga poses while the music encourages us along is unlike any yoga class I’ve ever been to, and I’m here for it. Aggie is absolutely amazing, her class kicks my butt and I’m so grateful!

Shanti yoga is the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Shanti has the most amazing teachers/ownership, styles of yoga, and the people who are taking yoga with you are very friendly and welcoming. I’ve had many gym memberships, a few CrossFit memberships, and a few diff yoga studios. Of all those diff type of fitness memberships… this studio was my favorite place to go. Try it out regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. The heated classes will be a new experience!

I've been attending class for a month. The instructors are wonderful and the space is very cozy. Classes can be a bit packed in the afternoon though (around 5pm) but the vibe is just right. People from all levels attend the class, so its the perfect place if you're looking to start your yoga journey or continue to learn.

As a bonus they organize group activities after yoga. Not sure if this is reoccurring but its a nice touch to become part of the community. I have not yet had a chance to attend any of the activities but I will in the future!

Thanks Shanti Yoga!

Shanti is a great yoga studio with a variety of classes- heated and non-heated.

The owner and instructors have done an amazing job with creating a safe, friendly, and welcoming vibe and community. They truly care about your safety and growth as a yogi.

The studio has mirrors and mats, blocks, and support blankets available in case you forget yours.

Overall my favorite yoga studio in El Paso!

This is the place for all levels of difficulty in Yoga, but it is exceptionally special for beginners! Just try Yin class, which is a very gentle class in movements and postures. Even heated 26 which great to build muscle memory of the postures, besides the great effects inside and out, and on the skin! Come and join this heartwarming community!

I recently injured my back and was told I need to work on strengthening my core. Yoga was mentioned so I decided to take it up. I found shanti online and started 2 weeks ago. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed. The classes are awesome. I went almost every day and not once did I repeat the same class. From Flow to Rocket to Yin Yang. There is a class for everyone. I even enjoyed the heated ones since I also dropped a few pounds. Most likely from sweat. I probably will never master standing on my head but working on my balance and flexibility has really motivated me! Instructors are awesome. Sarah enjoys wine coolers and Jesse enjoys watching you suffer! Great place and great people and the app is very user friendly and makes attending the classes easy. Highly recommend Shanti.

This establishment has several different yoga options. Whether you are a beginner or a regular yogi, you will benefit from any of these classes. The staff is amazing and very well educated in this practice.
I suffer from depression and yoga is one of my self care options for my mental health. I highly recommend this studio. Namaste.

I'll start off with the positive. It is a real friendly environment. People are thoughtful and kind. The instructors are great. For the most part. I've been to 5 classes and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. Except for the last one.
I'll start by saying that I've already taken this class, at the same hour with the same instructor (Benito D. on Monday at 545 PM).
The last experience left a lot to be desired. There are signs everywhere to all people to be silent or whisper. For the most part it hasn't been a problem. Today 3.9.2020 it was bad. Horrible bad.
I get there early specifically so I can get ready physically and mentally (meditate). However on this particular day ladies showed up, also early and start talking loudly- inside the Yoga room- calling out a loud greeting. I figured that in their excitement, they forgot to lower their voices. After a few minutes, I sat up and asked them to lower their voices as I was trying to meditate. They apologised and lowered their voices. Which was good.
Then the parade of people (it's a large class) people coming in, pulling the door open and closed (with each one the door clicks loudly and the then door closes) so that they can lay down their mats and go back out to continue their conversations in the hallway. This is supposed to be a heated and that practice seems counter productive.
The tipping point (which wouldn't have happened if I had been able to zen out and meditate) is a man walks in with his cell phone and it rings with some loud music. There is supposed to be a no cell phone zone. The let's it play for a while and I get frustrated and remind him that it's a no cell phone zone. He doesn't even attempt to lower the volume or shut it off. At this point, I was done. I start rolling up my mat and gather my things. He asked if I was a student taking the class, I replied that I had been. I walk out of the classroom and go to the cubby area to get my other items. The same guy (Benito, the instructor) comes out and asked if I knew that the class had music. I responded yes. I was trying to meditate. He then explains that he was setting up the music for the class. Which annoyed me because as an instructor, it is a reasonable assumption that he is aware of the mediation before class thing that some people do before class. I then told him that I was a former teacher and I would never walk into a class unprepared.
Bottom line- I have had a better meditative experience at a YWCA (the one on Brown St.) yoga class that is held in a basketball room with all its echos.
