I’ve been coming to this gym for over 10 years now, and while the name and look may have changed a few times, one thing has always stayed the same — the incredible people, the killer workouts, and the strong, community-driven vibe that makes this place feel like home. 💪❤️

This gym has been such a huge part of my life, and I truly can’t imagine my fitness journey without it. A massive thank you to Ross and Angie for keeping the heart of this place beating strong. I did a self defense class and Ross was the best instructor, very informative and great with hands on instruction. You can't go wrong with Sheepdog Fitness for all your workout needs. If you get a chance to join one of his limited space defense classes don't hesitate!
