Way too many good things about this place to list here. Every single teacher is great. The culture is open-hearted and accepting, whatever your skill level. Not a studio full of show-offs but a place full of real, genuinely kind people engaged in a real and sincere practice.

So...I met the owner back when I first moved to this town. My first thought was that he was...idk, arrogant maybe? And he was sort of a shadow in my life. After a lot of personal struggling, neglecting my yoga routine over the years really, I found myself going through very hard circumstance. When basically everyone else had abandoned me as a "good" person, Teo forever stayed on myside, more and more he became present in my life. This morning I went to his breathing class and good god, I realeased so much tension that on a flexibility scale i went from a 3/10 to about a 7/10 in literally one hour. If that isn't magic...I don't know what is. Why aren't you here?

I was nervous to start yoga classes because it can seem overwhelming thinking about where to start. As a beginner, every instructor at shine on was considerate and was very detailed in explaining how and why we were doing certain poses. There was no pressure, and everyone was very accepting of the different levels of experience. The studio is beautiful and the location is convenient. They are even accommodating to my pregnant wife! There is no other studio that comes to mind when I think about yoga. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to try yoga! They even have a 10 day for $10 trial!

More than a Yoga studio, this place is an escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Tea time, dance nights, meditation, sound baths, passionate instructors and the owner Teo lives and breaths the philosophies of Yoga and that energy radiates in every class and every encounter. Just walking into the studio you can feel the energy and the love that permeates through the atmosphere. What this studio is doing for the community is truly a blessing.

Took a class with Madison today and it was perfect. Yin and Yang. Flowy, challenging and restorative with a PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIl HEAD MASSAGE AT THE END OF CLASS!!

Took the live flo class, and hadn't done yoga in a long time. The class was appropriately challenging, the music was amazing, and the community was welcoming! Highly recommend you take a class.

Beautiful studio. The yogis are knowledgable, approachable, down to earth, and genuinely eager to teach and guide me in my new found practice. If you are curious about what yoga has to offer, this studio is THE place to get started. 10/10 would recomend!

Tao and staff at Shine On Yoga are top notch and offer a varitey of classes. Hot yoga, vinyasa, acro yoga and much more. I would highly suggest checking out this beautiful establishment.
