Showcase Gymnastics has been such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Briana and her amazing customer service. The gym itself is well-organized, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to helping kids grow, but Briana truly stands out. She is always warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with scheduling, or simply making families feel supported, she consistently goes above and beyond every time. Her professionalism and kindness make the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. Showcase Gymnastics is lucky to have her, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I'm deeply disappointed in the lack of attention some teachers give to their students, especially when it comes to bullying. Many seem unprepared or inadequately trained to handle these situations when they occur in the classroom. It's incredibly frustrating to see the very adults we trust with our children failing to protect them or take meaningful action. Our children deserve better—safer environments and educators who are equipped to support and defend them when it matters most.
The director has also been disappointing, as she has not handled the situation in a professional manner. Rather than addressing concerns constructively, she tends to respond reactively and with hostility when issues are brought to her attention. It's incredibly disheartening to see this kind of leadership. Overall, I’m very disappointed in how this gymnastics company manages serious concerns.

We’ve been part of this community for several years, and the positive transformation since the transition has been nothing short of remarkable. There’s a new level of organization, professionalism, and heart that you can feel the moment you walk through the doors.

One of the most impressive aspects of Showcase is its incredibly hands-on coaching staff. The coaches are fully engaged in every class—they’re on the floor spotting, correcting, guiding, and celebrating each athlete’s progress. They don’t just observe—they coach with passion and intention. Each child receives personalized feedback and support, and it’s clear that the coaches are deeply invested in their students’ growth, confidence, and safety. The fact that they follow USAG Safe Sport standards gives me even more peace of mind as a parent.

Another thing that truly sets Showcase apart is its welcoming, multicultural environment. The gym reflects the diverse community it serves, and inclusion is more than just a goal here—it’s part of the culture. Every child is embraced for who they are, and the sense of belonging they foster is something special. On top of that, they’re one of the few gyms in the Houston area offering Special Olympics programming, which speaks volumes about their commitment to serving all athletes.

The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully managed. Communication is clear and respectful, and the leadership is present, approachable, and always open to feedback. Even with multiple successful gym locations, the owners remain hands-on and truly involved—and you can tell. Meeting them is a gift—they bring such joy, warmth, and passion to everything they do.

They do not supervise the kids and I had my nieces go there and another kids put her hands on her and they did nothing about it .I feel like they do not treat black and brown kids fairly just being honest spend your money else where .
