I had a chance to train here on a visit to the DFW area. Professor Thompson provided excellent instruction and was very patient (I'm new to BJJ). All the very friendly and helpful.

Currently traveling cross country decided to contact a local BJJ academy see if I could get few rolls in. Professor Marikano was an excellent host took me in and made me feel very welcomed . No ego’s here no let’s smash the visitor mentality , great technique and taking back a lil more knowledge other clammates where just as professional as one could ask. If traveling I highly recommend you stop here and check them out if your local and on the fence of taking BJJ most definitely come check this place out. Located 2nd floor of a church with plenty of mat space . I don’t have many regrets in life but starting JUI JITSU late in life will always be one I’m 57 been training for 5 years and love it .
