The gym power is personalable with the clients and their needs. The trainers are quick to modifications of need even in the midst of a workout. Exercises definitely push you. Following the meal plan is key in seeing your progress.

Although I knew it was time for change, I was really hesitant to join. I don’t like to exercise. I don’t like to eat healthy, I mean who does? We met with Stacia, heard the plan and it seemed too simple so we had to at least try. My favorite is the small group format of workouts. I’m so glad I took the chance and invested in myself. After 6 weeks of three workouts a week and protein based eating I am seeing and feeling my body transform.

Both coaches bring something special. Coach Sam is incredible with her weekly check-ins — she keeps me motivated, supported, and on track even outside the gym. Coach Stacia pumps up the energy every session and delivers creative, fun, and challenging workouts that keep me excited to show up.

After relocating, I needed to find a new (local) gym to continue my fitness journey. I Googled and found a 5-star rated gym called SMB Fitness in Forney that offered group fitness training. It turned out to be exactly what I needed - yet, also exceeded my expectations.
The owner and Coach (Stacia) is fit, and incredibly knowledgeable and keeps us engaged by creating challenging workouts. They also offer meal plans for a holistic approach that provides results (if you’re willing to put in the work and commitment). In just a few short weeks, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my body tone. One final note, the clientele champion & encourage each other and that helps push us to do our (own) best through the workouts!!

I signed up for the 6 week challenge and it was amazing. They really do help you build a foundation and be consistent with your workouts. I loved the smaller groups but still being able to feel part of a team without it being intimidating. Highly recommend if you are trying to step back into working out but need that lift to be consistent.

I cannot express enough how this program helped me. The fellowship the support the workouts the accountability the dedication EVERYTHING. The level of support and guidance that I've had from the trainers is a blend of great patience, consistent motivation, and laughter! They pay attention to what you actually need and give you some sass for good measure! But you can tell everything they do is with you in mind. I'm so grateful for my continued experience. One of my goals this year was to break bad eating habits and get back in shape. So I started looking for gyms and personal trainers that I thought would be the right fit for me, and that’s when I came across SMB on Instagram. To be completely honest, I was really skeptical and so nervous at first. I don't get out much, I was extremely out of shape and stepping into a new fitness space felt intimidating. But let me tell you, not only were the coaches supportive and welcoming but the other members at SMB were as well! Every person in the gym was so welcoming, supportive, and kind. My first week was tough, but the positive energy and encouragement I received made me feel comfortable instead of ashamed or embarrassed.

SMB has been a game changer for me. I was not in a good place mentally, physically I had lost a lot a muscle. I knew I needed to incorporate something positive into my life. I started going 3 days a week and quickly went up to 5. My 5:15am workouts (which I never thought I could stick with) were now the only way I knew how to start the day. Stacia is a 10 out of 10. I told her I wanted to document my journey and every week she makes sure to capture videos of me killing it!
At the 6 week mark, I had obvious muscle growth and actually had my shape back. Most importantly, reduced anxiety and in a better headspace. This place has a great sense of community. Stacia at SMB is heaven sent. I started gaining stress weight in 2020. Between my inconsistent workouts and poor eating habits, I was at my breaking point. I reached out to 3 different tummy tuck surgeons for quotes. After being quoted $10k+ I decided try 1 more time to lose weight the natural way. The moment I sat down with Stacia, we locked in! I was reluctant to join SMB Fitness because I didn’t see many men. I didn’t think a female trainer could challenge me physically the way I wanted to be challenged. Man, was I wrong! My wife begged me to go for a year before I decided to support her on her weight loss journey. Those workouts were the toughest workouts I’ve ever done and I play soccer several times a week, so it’s not like I’m out of shape. This six week challenge is worth it!!! The coaches challenge you during the workout, and they modify the exercises if you have any physical limitations. The nutritional plans gives you plenty to choose from and enough to eat. I lost weight and body fat within a couple of weeks. The community is there for support and Coach Stacia is your biggest motivator. They work with your schedule and see the challenges you have. The workout program is worth it. My blood pressure has not been as good since my 20s and I’m now 57.

When I signed up for Stacia’s 6-week program, I was eager to get back to a healthier me. I brought up a handful of things to Stacia I was worried about that would prevent me from reaching my goals. I'm still rehabbing and do not yet have full range of motion but I have been able to get thru every session thanks to the HIIT routines professionally-crafted by Stacia. I started with just doing bootcamp but then felt I needed more of a challenge so I started doing the instructional trainings. Let me tell you they are no joke and she will get you where you need to be. I love how she takes her time and gets to know each of her clients on a personal level. Let me start by saying WOW! I didn’t join to lose weight necessarily, but my body was telling me it’s time to get active! I don’t like working out but knew I had to pay attention to the aches and pains. So I signed up for Stacia’s boot camp & felt like I was barely making it…knees hurting, battling vertigo & I even missed a few times. Then I felt embarrassed being the slowest & most out of shape.
Just when I thought nothing was happening, I saw some progress! I’ll put it this way
(you ladies will know exactly what I mean). I had a non scale victory that convinced me to sign up again. While using a public bathroom, my “hover game” was stronger than before. I knew this was from doing squats…and I KNOW I wasn’t doing them perfectly.

I was only in town for about three weeks, but being a part of this community made it so worth it that I nearly didn't want to go back lol. Our workouts were designed by Stacia after carefully listening to each of our individual needs and area of concentration. She made sure we were all moving at our own pace while using words of encouragement throughout the workouts. I do feel like I’m physically more fit/much better mentally than I have been in months. Now I’m even more inspired to keep this going! It was quite nice to have a community of people encouraging each other while working towards different fitness goals. I signed up for a five week bootcamp with SMB. I instantly had regret because I HATE exercising. But these boot camps were so fun!! I felt the burn, was definitely sore, but it was a great time. I really appreciated how everyone was made to feel included and there were modifications for those with knee injuries or the like. I ended up not being able to participate in all the sessions because of a work trip and a surgery but I will for sure sign up for another boot camp! Highly recommend no matter your fitness level!

I’ve been working out with Stacia for 3 mos(give or take a week off each month) and even with that, I still managed to see big changes in my overall health as well and physical appearance. I didn’t measure at initial start but we took photos. Now, I was not expecting to see changes because I knew I had not been consistent with my diet and exercise but, surprise!!! There were definite changes in my body. At 54 and menopause, She is looking fantabulous. And she is me!!! I look forward to the next 3 mos. I started working out with SMB (Stacia) in May at the twice a week bootcamps. I was nervous, scared and was going to not go but happy I did. Stacia makes you feel comfortable doing the workouts no matter what level of fitness your at. For most exercises she has a modified version for those that need them, which I did.
