Too many 1 star reviews that all say the same thing. And super intense pushy salesmanship from the owner when I went to look at the gym...dude was writing numbers down on a blank sheet of paper like he was trying to sell me a used car

This location has definitely taken a turn! All of the machines are cleaned and put in place. Not many people to where you have to wait for a machine. The staff there is very nice and restrooms are always kept clean! Definitely a great place to get that quick workout in.

I called today to ask a few questions while I was on the website in the process of joining. The gentleman that answered the phone was not friendly and sounded as if I was bothering him. Definitely refreshed the page to remove my info and will not be joining. Not very welcoming at all.

Tried to call to in advance to purchase a day pass. The guy who answered the phone didn’t answer kindly, he answered the phone saying “yeah?”. I had to ask him if it was Snap fitness I was calling, just to be sure since he threw me off with how his tone was.
He also refused to take a card payment for a day pass and said “$20 cash only for day pass”. I’m wondering why card payments aren’t accepted ….

I was trying to pay for a day pass over the phone and join my boyfriend later on in the evening after their staffed hours. I even volunteered to fill out a guest waiver if that’s what they require. He didn’t budge, and very rudely told me that I could only bring him $20 in cash before 6:30pm.

I run a gym, and here, if people want to get a $10 day pass, I can run their payments over the phone or they can pay at our self checkout kiosk in person outside of staffed hours. I would never answer the phone in that tone and manner. Not to mention, I don’t turn away paying customers and always find a way to help them get a workout in, even if it’s just for a day.

The guy that was manager here at Snap previously, George, was a kind and very personable guy. It’s a shame that he left and that they didn’t replace him with a decent manager.

Ok gym with 24 hour access. Cardio and weight equipment is in serious need of an update/repair. The tops of the selection buttons on most of the treadmills are missing. Weight benches are either wrinkled or torn from wear. I was a member when the gym opened. It was so nice. Now it's sad to see what it's become.

Do not go here. Poorly maintained, dirty, something about the guy running it is off. I joined in January the website stated there was a deal for monthly fee and no sign up fee. The guy said he’d honor this then I noticed two charges on my acct. I tried to have one of these refunded he denied all knowledge of it despite it coming from the same source. At that point I requested my membership be canceled and he refused. Go to Simple Gym or LA Fitness avoid this place.

My sister sister joined while she was living with me for a couple of months. She tried to cancel when she moved out of town. But the manager was never there. When she signed up they said she could cancel over the phone but won't do it. They also say that they will let me go in and cancel for her, but I cannot catch a manager in the office to do the cancelation. Now they have have charged her 3 times the orginal fees. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business. I recommend you DO NOT SIGN UP unless you plan on being charged forever!

Same review as the negative reviews. On-site employee didn’t properly cancel membership. When all the negative reviews are the same there is a pattern. Terrible way to do business. New employee talks over you and doesn’t care. Won’t pass along information to the owner.

This “gym” seems to have in integrity issue with honoring cancellations. Broke and hard-working college son signed up for use over Christmas break and paid two months fee for 3 weeks of use. Ok, fine. He was very clear in his desire to cancel after January, yet was just charged for February. Called to cancel and was told he was “supposed to call and cancel” even though he did that up front. They are unwilling to process a refund but supposedly the account is canceled now. I guess we will see. I see a pattern based on reviews...buyer beware.

Was with them alittle over a year. Small, nice gym. Problem I had, was I tried cancelling my membership 3 times. Cancelled in October and he told me I would be charged one more time in November and I understood. Then, December rolls around and I get charged, again. Went in to confront it and he couldn't remember what day I cancelled. Like it wasn't even on file. Told me I would get a refund and didn't get a refund. I don't even want to deal with it anymore. Didn't get charged in January. So whatever. Trying to get this handled over the phone with him is impossible. He says he will call you back, and doesn't. Just glad it's over.

Man, you can't crank the 13 year old girl bubble gum techno pop to 10 and then leave. i can't even hear my own music in my headphones! Not everyone likes that music.

Fix the yoga projector already. My wife signed up mainly to use it, and it's been down since we joined. Over a month. We are paying for it, we should have access to it.

Cancelled my membership back in december, was charged again in february, and have yet to see credit back to my acct, been calling the gym and keep getting excuses, that it's showing pending, give it a few more days, still showing pending, will cancel and resubmit, still nothing, it's been two months now.. just called again, same thing, still showing processing will resubmit... terrible... I called the main office, they can only send the gym an email...they can't credit from their office.

Nice place, close by to me. A bit pricey at $37 a month, but the 24hr use is nice. Can be crowded sometimes and since it’s a smaller place that leads to waiting to do your routine. The staff is nice when they are there.

Nice place. Can be busy in the afternoon but so is everywhere else. Needs to keep up on keeping cleaning supplies so we can wipe things down before and after use. Couldn't find a single paper towel there yesterday which is gross.
