I have been going to Snap Fitness in Kaufman for about a month. I’ve been pleasantly surprised. There are many different choices for workouts and the place is very clean. The other members are friendly and helpful to a newbie. I’ve been surprised how easy it has been to get into a workout routine because I enjoy being there.

Best gym in kaufman. Very friendly staff, clean, great prices, personal training for those who need it. Machine that checks body fat water mass and lean muscle mass along with lots of other things. Fitness room with projector to follow trainers on screen for those who need the help but don't want to get personal training. A therapy room for those needing physical therapy with light weight machines. Treadmills, bicycles, numerous ellipticals, and a stair climber. Showers in the bathrooms. Handycap bathroom. Free t-shirts or tank tops for new members. Nice people that work out here will even help others that need help as well. Like I said best gym in kaufman texas hands down..

It's October 2018. Under new management in the past several months. Too hot. Thermostat shows 81. Way too hot when you are exercising. I could hardly breath. Reported it to new management. It was blamed on the unit and they have tried to fix it. But, this was not the case with previous managers. ALWAYS kept cool and comfortable. NOT anymore. One cable box was removed to another room. What is our $25 a year "maintenance" fee for. Not a happy customer.

Great spot for working out in Kaufman, equipment is maintained well and has a variety for all your workout needs. They have a cool cardio room with a ton of workout classes on demand, booked a membership after the first visit. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been in a CrossFit style gym setting for well over 6 years, this was a nice refreshing change of pace. Being able to workout in a climate control area was sweet!! The owners were friendly, professional, and accommodating to my needs (being new to an actual gym)! They were willing to help and didn’t make me feel out of place at all. I would definitely recommend this gym to newcomers or seasoned gym goers... Two thumbs up!!!

I don’t know what that lady is talking about?!?! It’s never hot in that gym and the owners are always very personable and friendly! I don’t know about the rest of y’all but I come to the gym to put in work and sweat, not to leave dry smell good and look pretty 🙄

This location of Snap Fitness is a wonderfully kept and managed facility. It is squeaky clean, all the equipment is new(er) and in working order, they even have a room with the COOLEST technology for all Sorts of online classes you can put on the big screen and get busy to! The temperature inside is always cool and the smiles from staff are abundant. Very affordable as well. I absolutely love the owners, Brandon & Casey. They are accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to get healthy! I highly recommend!!!

This gym is HOT, as in temperature hot!!! The new owner is unprofessional and rude when you ask him to turn down the AC. People are sweating and drenched while working out. He is not willing to accomodate his clients, and as a result, many are leaving this gym. This is bad business practice. I do not recommend working out at this gym.

Changed over from Anytime Fitness. Snap actually has a private cardio room, the equipment is new and well kept. I was thoroughly impressed with all the amenities I was missing out at on being with other gyms. The owner and his wife stay involved with their clientele and genuinely care about your progress. Best part is it's never too crowded to get your workout in.

Very impressed with staff, facility, and location. Always clean A++ and equipment is in Excellent shape. It can be busy at times but that's the same with all gyms. I can tell the members and owners take pride in the place. Always nice to see people clean their machines. This is what's won me over.

This is the cleanest place I have ever stepped foot into. And I love the free fitness classes. It allows me to have fun with my daughters while I exercise.The staff is also very kind and helpful.

I would like to say that this a great gym but I can't even get a response. I have called several times trying to get a tour and free trial since there are only two gyms in my immediate area. The first time I called I got a voicemail. I left a message and tried calling their local number. That voicemail box indicated it was full. Finally, two days later I received a call back from a guy who told me someone was on staff during the week from 7:00am until 7:00pm and from 7:00am until noon on Saturday. I was in a time crunch but wanted to stop by Saturday morning, so again, I tried calling. I got the same full voicemail box. I arrived at 9:10 and the door was locked. Obviously there was no staff onsite. I also noticed that they open at 9:00 Saturday and not 7:00, although I guess that doesn't matter since nobody was there anyway. I wanted to give Snap Fitness the same opportunity I gave the competition but with customer service like this, they lost my business.
