I have been going to this gym since September 2023, and I have seen a HUGE improvement since Alondra from the Rio Grande Valley stepped in and trained the newest staff members. Everyday equipment and restrooms are being cleaned, the morning staff “Ms.Clarissa” always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Overall the gym has significantly changed since then. Will purposely postpone cancelation to charge 2 extra months of fees. Equipment has been broke for months and not repaired. Manager has zero knowledge of equipment. Their attempted fix had zero to do with actual break. Had to explain to her like she was a child what was broke and that entire piece of equipment had to be replaced from broken welds. Will be reporting to better business bureau !

I wait a while or I try the place more then once when writing a review; I have been a member here for a little over a year. In addition, I only write reviews if the place is extremely bad or amazing. This gym is amazing.
Clean, organized and always open. The staff is amazing. The staff will let you be if you just want to go in, be left alone and workout. Now, if you need them, they are there with a smile and a great attitude. I have not used the training services provided (additional charge) but I have observed how great the trainers are and how attentive they are to their clients needs. There are a variety of machines and spaces to workout in. Great place for strength training, cardio or even cross-fit. I have been a member of many gyms from the big commercial ones to the small local ones and this is the best experience.

I picked this gym because it has a lot of good equipment and I go 5 days a week. I’m going to give my honest review. Idk why there’s so many 5 stars reviews??? The gym is so dirty! The trash cans are always full, the doors/windows and mirrors have so many smudges and finger prints. And they don’t refill the sanitizing wipes and the hand sanitizers. Also it doesn’t seem like they sweep nor vacuum. What do the employees do when they are there? I hope they’re not just sitting at the desk. Hopefully they can keep this gym clean and up to the expectations to when I first signed up.

Very unprofessional when me and my fiancee walked up the the door. One of the employees i forget his name opened the door and asked "What do you want!" Shocked by his remark it took me a second to respond to him, but before I could answer his question he said like he was annoyed "This gym is for members only." After he said that I decided this gym wasn't for me. I didn't come to get bullied by some random guy. I said "Never mind we will take our business Elsewhere." as we turn to walk away he said "You're lost dude!"

I have been a member of snap fitness for about a year and a half, it's convenient because I travel for work and snap fitness gyms are everywhere. This is by far the worst I have ever seen, it's filthy... the floors are dirty, bits of trash everywhere, the machines haven't been moved and cleaned under in what looks like a very long time. The restroom is disgusting, sink, floor, toilet, even the walls. The staff just sit behind the desk on their phones or computers, even saw one act annoyed when a lady asked for paper towels, all 3 wall dispensers were out. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone, and I'm sure the franchise wouldn't accept the way it's being run.

This place is a convenient place for working out because you can come and go whenever you want. But, they have very little customer service sense. They charge you an extra month when a customer wants to cancel his membership even though customer paid over $50 a month, accessing it only once a month for 5-6 months. If you are considering this place, beware of their financial policy.
