Have gone three days in a row, there is no staff on site. Iβve called and left a voicemail with the promise of getting a call back within 24 hours. I was just trying to make a membership but itβs off to a terrible start. I did get a chance to look inside the gym and cleanliness is not a priority. Windows are so caked with dirt. I guess you can do what you want when youβre the only gym in town.

It's just fine. Has everything one needs to get in shape. It's a bit pricey, but considering you don't have to sign a contract, it's worth having a place to work out. Most of the people complaining won't even put in the time.

While I have no issues with the actual facility, I do have an issue with the company.
When signing up, I was promised a tour of the facility-never happened...okay, small facility I can manage.
The gym allegedly does not allow children under the age of 14, unless accompanied by an adult; not true. This company allows children whether they are accompanied by an adult or not. I am not a kid person.
There is RARELY anyone on staff-to me a 24/7 gym means that there's someone manning the desk for at least the majority of the time.
I had inquired about a trainer when I first started going to this facility, the gentleman at the desk took down my name and number-no call from a trainer; that was in July/August.
I had to contact Snap Fitness multiple times to get any sort of invoice and when I did receive them, the font was microscopic.
I kept having to request that an invoice be sent and even told this company several times that if they refused the request to stop charging my account. I finally contacted my bank to stop payment on a pending charge.
If for some reason you can't get to Lubbock to work out my best advice would be to save up for some free weights, maybe small cardio equipment (I live in a studio apartment and have free weights and an exercise bike), or get a Wii with the exercise board and games...or if you can afford it, a trainer. This place is NOT worth the money or the hassle.
