I started up with them last year around January Ish, and ended up having an emergency where I was out of state for almost an entire year but before I left, I ordered some formula with the shop. I don’t recall the name is right next-door to it. I think it was like $500 And I figured I’d just pick it up since I’m back in town and they’re claiming that they delivered it to me while I wasn’t in the state.

And then the story changes that the person fitness trainer. Tyler has it that he gave it to me.

Let it be known that snap fitness will rob you and triple down that you’re a liar. Now I have to go to small claims court.

I've been going for almost 5 years and highly recommend. It's a smaller gym but they have everything you need. The 24hr access is so convenient. The parking lot is well lit and there are security cameras so it always feels safe. The staff is very nice and constantly cleaning. Every year around May they do upgrades to the facility and add new machines. They also have an outdoor area and basketball hoop.

I’ve been going to this Snap Fitness for almost 2 years now and I honestly love it. The gym has everything I need, it’s always clean, and the vibe is just right. Never too crowded or chaotic. What really keeps me coming back is the people. Mike is always super helpful and friendly, and Victoria is just as nice! Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. If you’re thinking about joining, do it. This place feels like a second home.

I’ve been coming to Snap Fitness 10+ now and the staff has always been professional and helpful. They are always walking around making sure equipment & facility is clean and everything is working correctly. They are open 24/7 and that always helps since my schedule is all over the place. You have to badge in and there are camera so I feel safe even coming in the evening if needed. I cannot recommend Snap in Pearland enough and that’s why I’ve stayed here for 10+ years with no plans on leaving this gym. Mike and his team are always so friendly and there to help or answer questions if needed but never overstep or disturb your workout, so if you’re in the area definitely check them out.

Love this place. Not sure why anyone would leave a negative review. I’ve been a member for 2 years now, and never had any issues. Place is always clean and staff is extremely friendly. The personal trainers are always around if you have a quick question on how to use equipment. I absolutely recommend this gym over any big box location. I hadn't exercised in years and even when I had in the past, it was always part of a fad diet that I'd end up giving up on; when I came to Snap Fitness Pearland I realized how out of shape I actually was. I signed up for training with Mike twice per week and within less than a month I saw results! The pictures of my progress were actually taken about two weeks apart--I've honestly dropped 2 pants sizes in the last few weeks. The staff are all kind and helpful, and the facility is kept very clean. Very happy to be training here!

This neighborhood gym is ideal because it’s not a huge gym and services folks who are from the proximity of Pearland. It has weights, ellipticals, treadmills, all sorts of gym equipment, weight machines. They offer personal trainers as well. The membership fees are very reasonable and affordable. In the morning between 9:30 and 12 there is hardly anyone there. I’m joined by a small group of senior folks around that time frame and always the same people which I love.

I'm not sure why a couple of people seem to be having issues getting out of a contract. I have signed up for a membership at this location and cancelled and then signed back up. It was always pretty seamless with no pressure or issues. There is an access card fee, but ir always you entry 24/7 and can be refunded when you leave. As for Mike, the manager, he is easy going and can be found working out here too. I worked out with a trainer here and got great results over 6 months and then continued on my own. The equipment is clean and plentiful. There are only two bathrooms, but they are roomy. Other members are friendly too.

You are not getting out of your membership until you cancel your debit card. I was charged 6 months after canceling my membership. They stated they didn’t charge my last payment. Ok cool I let it slide then they charged me again the following month. I’ve been calling for a week and leaving messages with no response. Whoever manages this place feel free to call me and figure this out and I will take this review down.

This is Ace... Mike and Daniel are super cool. Explained rules, contract, etc. short, simple, and straight to the point. There are equally kind people at this gym. It was my 1st time in a snap gym. There’s something special about this gym that makes you want to train harder. I can’t really figure it out but there is definitely something! There's been a new change in management about a year now. There is usually employees there on site to assist you. If you have any questions about the gym itself, machines or even if you are not sure about an exercise or form they are happy to help. Equipment is upkept. Area is usually clean. Not real crowded. No waiting on equipment. Members usually rerack weights...a plus. They also bought the next suite over to expand.

Horrible experience at this location. I obtained a groupon for my wife and I to begin our membership. As soon as they had our numbers they handed us a lengthy contract to sign, stating it was for liability. After the signature they asked for our credit card. Although we already paid with the groupon, they started to lay out additional charges in order for us to "access" to facility. Our access could not be initiated without paying an additional $25 dollars each for the "access card," another $50 dollars in total. Groupon terms and conditions did not mention any additional charges. When I began to question the groupon terms and service, I was quickly surrounded by several intimidating people trying to pressure me into additional charges. Extremely pushy sales techniques more reminiscent of a third world country. Overall, very disappointed. Stay away from the manager "Mike."
