Constantly dirty. Nothing is never put back and people don't wipe equipment. I'm sure the management team is trying there best. It's the members that don't care about others and no respect for themselves or others. Stinks we only have 2 choices in the area. Ones extremely expensive and then this place that's average price. If you like cleaning up after other's. This is the gym to be at. As well the same equipment has been here since 2006. No updates. Dumbbells are chipped and seats torn. The owners don't care. The management can't get new stuff as the owners won't let them.

Cancelled my membership because they wanted more money for a membership I've had for 3+ years. No notice no warning. They cancelled my membership the day my dues were debited out if my account and when I called they refused to refund me. They were rude and unprofessional. Definitely thieves in my book.

My husband and I did a few days of the free week trial. We decided to on another gym because they had more to offer for the same price. Michael, the trainer, is wonderful though!!! Very kind, helpful, and inspirational!!

My wife and I joined again a few days ago at the Snap Fitness in ingleside. But due to her job we are in Rockport more. We enjoy both gyms. But the Rockport gym needs a good cleaning. Then it needs to be kept up with. The equipment in Rockport needs maintenance in a bad way.

Lately the gym has been filthy. Trash cans are overflowing, floor has not been vacuumed in a long time it appears, no paper towels for wiping down equipment. I’m not sure what’s going on.

First, I’ve been a member here since 2015. You won’t see me bashing other gyms in town, when I haven’t been to them, just to elevate this one.

This is a great gym. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. All equipment is fully functional. A great feature is the 24 hour access, as well as access to all other Snap locations.

Yes, sometimes, mechanical equipment breaks. When this happens, it is always fixed as soon as it can be.

The gym is cleaned continually during staffed hours. It can get a little messy, during the unstaffed hours, but that is always corrected as soon as the staff arrives in the morning.

Love the 24 hour access. The gym is always clean and Jason and Abigail are amazing! It can be extremely intimidating to begin a workout program but the staff and members at Snap are always encouraging and helpful

Machines are constantly broken and dirty, and the staff is not knowledgeable in how to use them.
There is a wide variety of people who come, because it’s the only 24 hr gym in town, so that’s a plus. The environment is very laid back, so any kind of intensity is obvious and draws attention.
