Called multiple times, no one ever answers the phone. Went in person to the building on 4th street, and despite multiple people being inside of the building seeing me through the glass door, the entry doors were both locked. No manager ever came to greet me or explain why the doors were locked at a 24/7 location. No one ever returned my phone call despite leaving multiple voicemails. It's almost like this business doesn't want new customers!

I've gone 3 times so far and have enjoyed it and gotten a great workout each time. Robbi at the front desk is very nice and informative. The gym is clean and full of different equipment for everyones needs.

ALL 5 star ratings are from ppl getting discounts for service, only $20 off first fee, that is already WAAAAAYYYY overpriced. $40 a month and $120 for first payment..oh and don't forget the extra $50 every three months tacked on they don't tell you. Not even the real gyms charge half that for monthly.

their machines barely work and it's mostly free weights. the trainers never show up on time or they are stoned out their minds. the manager spams customers with rude and degrading personal messages through email.. and they even tried to make a move on our 15yo kid

Small Home Town gym, never too busy.

Only reason I won’t rate higher is because there is constantly slow country music playing on the speakers. Ruins the atmosphere. If I wanted to slow dance instead of workout, I would go to a bar.

I am thankful that we have a good facility in Wills Point. If it were in a bigger town, it would need to have showers and a locker room to compete. Yet, I find that I can generally do whatever type workout that I am trying to do here. It is centrally located, though no place in WP is too far away. Things like a pool, spa, etc. would be nice. However, i'd rather have something right in town than to drive 15-20 miles to the gym. The facility is kept clean. The equipment is in good repair. You might need to try different times of the day to find a time that the equipment you use is usually available. I find most of the other patrons nice and accommodating. A few need to pick up after themselves. Overall, I am pleased and thankful.

My wife had to cancel her membership for a while due to knee replacement surgery. After giving my card to settle current bill I was informed that we will also be charged for the next month of service knowing that it will go unused. Kids running the place are polite enough but lack the experience, knowledge and /or guidance to make sound business decisions. Enjoy our unused month, we won't be back.
