I'm really picky about my workouts but I love Solidcore as a cross training option from running. The instructors are so so nice, helpful and make the class an amazing experience and workout. Every location is the same excellent experience and a workout I always look forward to!

I like this location, my only thing is I wish they had core + obliques + upper body days! It seems they only have the core + obliques for lower body 🥲 my lower body needs a break sometimes 😅

Took my first class today with Tracy and it was awesome. She took the time to get me acquainted with the machine and gently guided me in adjustments while also encouraging me through the movement. Fun class and great staff!

I took the Starter50 with Erica - she’s incredible and I highly recommend if you’re new to solid core! Also took Signature50- total body with Samantha. Energy and exercises were both excellent! Make sure to get there about 10 minutes early for proper set up and talk with your coach. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been on a self-improvement journey this year and at the urging of a friend, I joined her for a class here. The front desk staff and instructor were aware of it being my first time trying solidcore. I struggled immensely (through no fault of theirs). This was not a beginner only class. The workout was intense and fast paced. Sydney (the instructor) was very clear and repeated instructions multiple times to make sure I understood everything. She was extremely kind and helped me set up my equipment multiple without making me feel dumb or calling out my struggles. Being the only guy in a class could feel intimidating, but this was not the case. When the dust settled and the lights came on, wore out and drenched in sweat after physically struggling with all of the techniques, Sydney with all her positivity was there to give me a high five and congratulations. I will definitely be back.

Great workout and friendly staff. I took an intro class with Erica and I highly recommend doing an intro if you haven't been to solidcore before. They explain a few moves with demos and it's slower paced. It's very helpful with setting a bit of a foundation before taking a typical class. The studio is clean and organized. I took the class with a friend and had a good time. I went back for my first signature workout and wasn't super lost. It takes some getting used to with the pace of the class but I'm definitely coming back.

Took a class with Grayson at Solidcore and she’s such a vibe! Her energy was on point and the music? Totally my vibe too. Loved the entire experience — tough but so worth it. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Jillian at the front desk and Kailyn as an instructor are both amazing, sweet and super helpful. I was only in town for a couple of days and they made my Pilates experience a fantastic one!

Love this Addison studio!!! The coaches at this studio are actually the best. Tracy, Erica and Sophia are absolute gems! I live downtown and make the drive to this studio just for the coaches- they’re motivating, have great music and keep the lights low which the Dallas studios don’t do :/ Great workout, great location and even better team!!

Second time I’ve tried to go to this studio and had leave early both times (same instructor) because it’s ear piercingly loud even with ear protection. Have not had this issue at other solid core studios. First time I tried to talk to the instructor about it and was told by the instructor that she planned to turn the volume up more. My mistake to try it a second time.

I tried one class with solid core via ClassPass. The instructor was really good but the class was soo congested I am not sure what the hype is all about for such high prices. I have been to other lagree studios with better lighting and space. I really wanted to like the class it was soo bad with the weird lightning and the compact nature of the lagree machinery.

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I arrived at 3:29 and even have a picture with the time and place to prove it. Despite being at the door, I was completely ignored by the staff. The website clearly states that you need to be there 10 minutes prior and no more than 5 minutes after the class starts, which would mean 3:35—yet I was turned away for being on time! This was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and you’ve made me waste my time and money. Do better.

Took my first class today and it was a great experience. The check-in staff was super friendly! Coach Kailyn helped me out a lot and gave me great tips to ensure I got the most out of the class. She was super personable too (she was greeting each and every one of us.) Though it was hard, I would do it again!

Hands down, one of the best [solidcore] studios I’ve been too. The coaches, especially Kailyn and Erica, are absolute gems and will always give you a good butt kicking in class! Highly recommend!

I just started solidcore last month and I highly recommend. I don’t enjoy working out but I enjoy the classes here as they make it fun and upbeat! All of the instructors are super knowledgeable but I have 2 that are my absolute favs: Erica and Kailyn! These two rock as they are there to support you and look out for how they can help improve your form and get you the max results you’re looking for during the workouts. Download the app cause it helps you find classes that sits you, who you want as your instructors and what focus muscles is it for the week! I think the best deal they had was $89 for 2 weeks unlimited.

As an avid Solidcore member, this was my first time at this studio and this was the most inflexible, inconsiderate studio I have been to. As someone who started solidcore in NYC and have been traveling, I've always proclaimed that every studio felt like home until I got to this one. Would not recommend-- preston hollow and Knox heights are far better locations in the dfw area.

I have greatly enjoyed being a member at this studio! The facility is always clean and the front desk attendants are consistently kind and helpful. There are two bathrooms and a changing room, which is extremely helpful for those of us rushing to class after work. The coaches are incredible, and all offer a challenging but achievable class for all fitness levels with clear instruction! Solidcore as a corporation is very clear with their branding, offerings, and expectations to set for people that are new to the format- if you are newer I recommend reading over their website and asking questions to your coach prior to class.
Keep up the amazing work, Addi Baddies!!

I’ve enjoyed going to solidcore since it opened. Classes are frequent, so it’s easy to go, and instructors have been helpful and knowledgeable.

If you are used to taking traditional Pilates classes this isn’t for you. I booked a class understanding that this was more of a Pilates fusion studio, but did not enjoy this form of work out. The instructors queues are very confusing. I didn’t really understand what she was saying half the time. Prior to class, no one showed me how to change springs or understand the equipment, I just felt completely lost. Will never come back here.

Signed up for two weeks which was expensive enough at $89 then canceled “late” on 2 classes and charged an additional $70…. Def wouldn’t recommend

Tried Solidcore for the first time today and it was amazing! I was scared as I’ve never took a group workout class but everyone was so friendly! Also my instructor Victoria F. was very friendly and made me feel comfortable! It’s not to hard to follow along if you’ve never done it before, and you’ll learn the movements eventually if it’s not perfect and your instructor will also help! Wonderful experience, I will be back!

This place is amazing! It is a very intense version of Pilates. I go to the gym about 3-5 times a week but this place killed me (in the best way possible) I woke up feeling so sore from Lori class ❤️ thank you! Would recommend to anyone but it is a lot more intense than regular Pilates.

Great place but very intense workout and pricey. I took the beginners “intro” class through ClassPass and still struggled a lot. Make sure you’re in shape before you start here! It will be too difficult if you haven’t worked out for a while. I’ve slowly been starting to take different classes to build my way up to here. This place is Pilates inspired but not the same as Pilates.

Very nice facility but it’s a very advanced workout! I’m in decent shape and I tried the beginner class it was very difficult to keep up with the instructor and not comprehensive for a newbie. If you are super advanced in Pilates this is the spot for you!
