This place was an amazing find for me and my kids. We started out with their SMASH summer camp and started training, and parents train free so I am learning Taekwondo as well.
My kids made amazing friends, gained confidence, and learned discipline and respect this summer and we are staying on to take classes.

We have been attending classes here for a couple months and I am very happy with our experience. All the teachers and leaders are top notch. Not only are they extremely talented and well versed in their craft but they love teaching and work very well with kids. My son has been having a great time with his teacher Mr. Fisher. He looks up to him and has been improving at home in both behavior and attitude. We are very grateful to Songahm and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great taekwondo studio for them or their kids.

My 2 children have special needs and they treat them just like any other kids. Usually, they are behind on what’s going on, but the instructors or teammates will help show them the right way. I wouldn’t send them anywhere else. 😊

The staff and students at SMA have become family to me since starting to train there, and I can't tell you how many times I've seen students improve exponentially in their attitudes, habits, and leadership skills. I've been blessed to be an instructor and a student here for a while, and there isn't a single person who I wouldn't recommend this business to. Wonderful atmosphere, and the instructors truly care for the students, they want to see them grow, and they're capable of doing so and do produce results. Love this place and my people like crazy!!!

I can’t say enough about Songham Martial Arts Academy…from their evening taekwondo classes, their after school and summer camp programs…they’re a step above the rest. Our son has struggled with social, emotional and behavioral setbacks most of his life, but the instructors at SMA have come along side of him and built him up and work everyday instilling confidence, teaching him self control, and important life skills. SMA feels like one big family and they encourage families to workout and take classes together! My husband and son love sharing these classes and has created a special bond. We’ve only been apart of their program for a year, and I wish we would have known about them sooner!

My son has been training here since he was 3 years old. He is now in middle school. The instructors at Tyler SMA are the best. He loves the training so much he doesn't even know how hard he is working. He has learned so much. We love that his confidence and motor skills have improved sigficantly since beginning here. Dr. Senior Master Hill is such an amazing person. He truly makes everyone he meets feel valued, loved, and cared for. He strives to make you the best possible YOU that you can be!
