Showed up for my first class with Cassie this morning! Whew!! Totally reached outside my comfort zone in so many ways!! Lots of new moves. Cassie was great at helping me with my form and the whole class was welcoming and supportive. Group fitness makes all the difference 💪

Loving this gym! Moved from SD to SMTX this month and love the early mornings with some of the nicest people! The owner, Amanda, is so welcoming and does her best to help you figure it all out! All the trainers have also been so supportive!

Just started this month and I love going. Everyone is so welcoming and I can’t wait to go to each class. There’s modifications if a movement is too difficult and mobility to get your body ready to work. 10/10 would recommend 😛

Great spot.
Coaches are knowledgeable and help foster a strong sense of community of driven and fun individuals.

Joining SWT has made a huge difference in my lifestyle. My day-to-day is so much better—better energy, strength, mood, and more.
When I first joined, I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure how I’d acclimate to the gym world. In the past, my workout routine would start strong for a few months, I'd get in decent shape, then fall off. It was usually due to time constraints and lack of encouragement. But now, I’m going into my 8th month, committed to an average of three days a week, with some weeks even more. I'm excited to go every time. The members and coaches really make it happen. The environment and vibes are just that great!
If you’re looking for the right gym, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

I absolutely love this gym. The structure of the workouts are exactly what I was looking for emphasizing strength, functional fitness, and endurance. I appreciate the extra classes offered like yoga and mobility. The coaching staff really meets you where you're at and strives to help you hit your individual goals.

I can’t say enough great things about SWT! It’s incredibly inclusive and beginner friendly. The coaches are kind and supportive- none of that boot camp nonsense- and the other gym goers are so welcoming. I’ve gotten stronger, made some really great friends but the amazing community is what keeps me coming back!

I love this gym! Best gym in San Marcos. It’s all inclusive and so positive. The best coaching staff! They cater to your specific goals and needs and help you achieve them. Since joining the gym I’ve lost 50lbs and can’t praise them enough. I look forward to seeing the coaches and my community everyday. Come give it a try!!

This place is very welcoming to beginners! I’m not used to the “functional fitness” type of workout. Been intimidated actually. The instruction was really helpful as well as all the people in the class. I’m always down to support a strong female owned business!

Personally been here since the beginning I feel like. Great experience. Great environment. Everyone is so encouraging, and the trainers really pay attention to detail when it comes to correcting movements while lifting & making sure you build to your personal goals physique. I was new in town and joined just to get closer to the community while still doing CrossFit workouts. I appreciate each trainer and each experience. If you miss a certain few weeks they will hit you up checking on you. Just overall great experience 10/10 SWT4L

I'm new to this gym and absolutely love it! Great workout, great people. It's always a bit tough for me force myself to go to the gym, especailly a new one, but everyone is super kind, helpful, and I really enjoy going. It's a welcoming, non-intimidating environment and in a great location.

I went to a class with my all girls workout club at Texas State and the ladies there were so nice and helpful. They were welcoming and seemed very knowledgable about fitness. They gave us tips on our form when we needed it, and were very encouraging during the workout. I will definitely be going back soon!

This gym has the best vibe. You'll get a hard workout and feel great about yourself. The owner is chill and relaxed, but focused on strength and fitness in the best way. Plus it's a block off the square and right next to Tantra!
