I used ClassPass to sign up for a class, I arrived 2 minutes EARLY and they turned me away after I drive 40 minutes. They said it wouldn’t be enough time for me to learn how to use the bike. I go to cycle somewhat often but this was still too inconvenient for the front desk and the instructor. Not sure how 5 minutes of learning how to use the bike would change anyone else’s experience but oh well.

Absolutely love this place! Each and every person that works here is an absolute gem! It's an awesome workout & would highly recommend this to all! It's split in 3. 20 minute cycle/20 minute strength training, and 20 minute yoga at the end is a nice touch. Mikki & Ashleigh are wonderful instructors!!

To start, the classes are great, and Macie and Holly are AMAZING instructors. I truly enjoyed their classes. The facility is very clean and MOST of the staff is very welcoming. However, I had to cancel my membership due to my work schedule changing and I was no longer able to make any of the class times, especially since they changed their Sunday class schedule. When I came in to cancel, the manager was incredibly confrontational about me cancelling, and told me that I was making “excuses” for not coming to class and could come to the 5:30am class if I really cared enough. First of all this was incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. Second of all, my schedule did not allow for me to consistently make those classes, and I am not going to pay $160 a month to work out once a week. The 30 day cancellation policy is standard and I completely respect that they have that policy in place. However, when I signed up, I asked point blank if this was a policy and the girl said no it was not. It’s my fault that I did not read the contract more thoroughly, but I thought I should share this information with the manager to avoid any issues in the future for other members. The manager straight up called me a liar and that that would never happen. I tried my best to be kind and gracious about this, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. My plan was to return to SPENGA once my schedule calmed down, but after this experience that is absolutely not going to happen.

I tried my first SPENGA class yesterday. I would highly recommend this fitness studio. I attended one of Hollie’s classes. Lily made the sign up process very simple and Hollie provided a tour and a thorough explanation of the bike and class structure. Great team effort. 5/5 stars!

Space (minus no showers), exercises, instructors, scheduling, comfort for all fitness levels, and concept are all 5*****. My 3*** is due to the cancellation policy And continuing to bill not only once but twice after cancellation.

Soon after I signed up, my employer changed my hours. I grudgingly canceled around the second week in January, one month after I initiated a membership. I was still billed 2 more times, even though I could no longer attend classes.

Spenga has been pretty cool so far after my first few classes. I love that each section is only 20 minutes so it feels doable (spin, strength and yoga), but I still get a good workout. The staff is excellent! They have been very friendly, encouraging, and helpful. They have showed me some modifications in exercises due to my bad knees. I highly recommend Spenga of Southlake.

I had ZERO idea SPENGA existed until I had ClassPass. I signed up for the trial on ClassPass and tried out SPENGA for my second class. I immediately was welcomed and loved by all the staff and coaches there and signed up for a membership and canceled my ClassPass. They have a great deal for this month that nobody should pass up. I’m so glad I found this place and have a place that feels like home while I’m working up a sweat. And P.S. The workouts make you work!!

I registered for a 30/30/30 class a week in advance, received confirmation of my reservation (from both classpass and SPENGA) and one of the managers removed me from the class either the night before or morning of without any communication. I only noticed because my credits had changed the morning of. I called the studio and spoke to a manager, who told me that I was removed from the full class to give priority to another member. Seriously??She then tried to pitch a membership to me and asked if I wanted to get on the waitlist for the class that I already had a confirmed reservation for. The audacity!!!

Been going for a month or so through class pass and it's a great workout. The facilities are impressive- nicest spin bikes and weight room setup I've encountered. I also love the aromatherapy in the air. The yoga at the end is probably the weak point with most of the classes I've had- but if you're not someone who does much yoga it's fine- just a little basic and disjointed at times.
Overall love it and will keep coming back!

This place intimidated until I went in to check it out. Super clean studio with state of the art spin, weight and yoga space. My workouts are now complete and the hour goes so fast. Most of the instructors are really good in spin, strength and yoga. The members are super nice - not judgy. I’m hooked! 🚴🏻‍♀️💪🙏

I enjoy the workout. It is challenging but modified to your own pace. The instructors are good. The clientele is a little on the younger side so had to get used to being the old lady. (At least in most classes in the morning. Was told afternoon classes have older clientele)

Most of the strength is at your own pace. Occasionally they have partner workouts which I don’t care for with other class members that I don’t know.

Yoga is gentle, basic stretch. Nothing fast paced or difficult. A nice way to end the class.

To begin, I love the workout structure of spin, weights, and yoga at SPENGA! And, the instructors are professional. My rub is that the music isn’t consistent and today they had us pick partners for the weight portion, which I’m not going to do. I have an injury and want to be able to regulate my workout, which is more difficult trying to do the partner thing without a lot of explanation. As far as music, one day it’s country, another Christmas music, another contemporary (which I would expect and love to workout to), 80s music, 90s too celebrate March Madness……. You get the picture. It appears that it is the instructors choice as to the type of music they prefer or to celebrate something. I was a teen in the 80s and enjoyed it then, but prefer whatever is current. With no consistency I go in now crossing my fingers it is a play list I can at least tolerate. The coffee shop across the street has more consistent contemporary high energy music. I also don’t want to be forced to do partner exercises. Again…. I think it is reasonable to expect a consistent experience, with contemporary music, individual exercise, that fits the vibe of the gym and a solid workout. I prefer Spengas workout over Orange Theory,, but OT is much more consistent music wise and they have never had us do partner exercises to my knowledge. I may reluctantly have to go back to OT if SPENGA isn’t willing to incorporate some changes making the experience more consistent with their vibe.

I REALLY enjoy the classes at SPENGA Southlake! I saw it for the first time driving by looking for a place that offered classes with Yoga so I stopped in to check it out and have been a member every since!! Now I'm totally addicted to the SPIN, Strength & Yoga combo. Easy to book and reschedule through the app. Instructors and Management at this location are so genuine, fun and good at what they do it's just inspiring to me and I love how balanced the environment is. I've learned something new each class which is pretty much every day with Thursday being my Yoga recovery day.

I have just finished my 5th workout and I can tell you this class is for ALL levels! I am 56 years old, working towards trying to get back in to shape after the plague of 2020. My heart rate stays up for 40 minutes and then the 20 minutes of yoga is perfect! You really stretch out those muscles (legs, hips) that have worked so hard. As a result, I have minimal soreness. I have had 4 different instructors and they all cue well and are definitely concerned about doing the strength training correctly. Form is everything.

Great workout. It's exactly what's been missing in the fitness market. The concept of 20min spin/20 min strength/20 min yoga keeps you from getting bored and the workout, even though it's an hour, goes by quickly. The instructors have a great combination of challenging and encouraging you throughout the workout. Love it!
