BEST WORKOUT IN TEXAS! Spenga is an amazing combination workout of aerobic, strength and stretching. The instructors are all so nice and knowledgeable and the entire client base is also an amazing group of people that you really look forward to seeing when you take a class. Spenga Woodlands is also the absolutely cleanest gym you have ever been to. All the equipment is cleaned between each session and during class you have all your own strength and cardio equipment.

Be careful read the entire contract before signing anything. The employees will lie to get you to sign up and when you want to cancel it is difficult to get out. I hate I signed up for this membership and do not recommend this place at all.

4/25- I am still dealing with the same problem 2 months later. Although I threw away $358 because I had to honor a 3 month contract I am still being charged for a membership that was cancelled. I fulfilled all 3 payments for Jan Feb & March but still charged for the month of April. Again be careful because they make you honor the contract but do not do their job. I have attempt to call and sent a email but still there is silence. Please Please be careful when dealing with this company.
I will not let this go until I receive a refund for something I honored.

As a 2 year member, in 2022 I became an instructor & just celebrated my 500th class… this studio offers a great workout, excellent value, wonderful community and other amenities. It’s well located with easy parking & free validation (just make sure you enter the correct garage). They’re usually offering a free trial and new member promos - I would call ahead for details as they change often.

Went in after 4 years, they’re under new management and having amazing promos. I love the 20-20-20 format. The intensity of each block makes it feel much longer, I truly feel I get more out of this than I would in a 60 minute spin or strength session.
I highly recommend Spenga. Facility is clean and well maintained. Parking surprisingly was easy to find on the street.

I have had tried all kind of gyms, exercise classes, group, individual, you name it. Always quit after a while. But finally I have found something that I love and been going for almost 3 years, and at least for 6 days a week. I love coming here. It has everything you need for a great workout- cardio, weights, stretching. I am a certified coach and personal trainer. I needed lower back rehab after two back to back c-sections left me with a very weak core. After 8 months of rehab, I started coming to SPENGA. It has been great because it gives me a great workout while letting me go at my own pace to address rehab needs. As I get stronger, I adjust and still see results. If you loathe running- great alternative!

Been going to Spenga since my husband accident,I started in 2019 because I’m going crazy after my husband accident and I don’t like going to see psychiatrist or taking pills. To be honest I don’t even remember how did I found this place. Spenga it helps me a lot, to relieve all my stress, depression for what I been going Through in my life and to be a full time care giver. My favorite workout place ever! I’m retired Military and I’ve tried many. 20 minutes cycling to where you’re dripping sweat and out of breath (or take it easy on the days you need to); then 20 minutes of strength training with no two days alike; then off to yoga to stretch it out and unwind before you head out. It’s pretty darn near perfect if you ask me.

It is rare that I am truly moved by outstanding customer service these days. I have been coming to Spenga for almost 2 years now and it is by far my favorite class. I have tried many others (OT, CG, Motive, various yogas etc…) and the balance of strength, spin and yoga was the perfect trio for me. The staff is kind, genuine and motivating and it has been a life line finding the balance this studio provides. I had an incident recently at no fault of Spenga(lock your lockers) and brought it to the instructor’s attention who handled it promptly and professionally. I commend Lucy for her concern and compassion. She made the owner aware of what happened and I did not expect much given I was at fault for not utilizing the locks they provide. I am blown away by the compassion of the owner, Claire. Not only did she take the time to sit, talk and dive into all the different scenarios she was facing, she went through extreme measures to ensure I felt taken care of, understood and ensured they would do everything they could to prevent it from happening to other members. Very few times in life do you meet individuals that would be so compelled to help a stranger. It is not the situations that arise but how we handle them that shows our character and Claire certainly demonstrated hers. They have earned a customer for Life. If you are looking for an amazing workout and a family to join, this is the place.

If you want an awesome workout with variety, this is it. I get a good cardio workout on the Spin cycle, then the Weight lifting that uses a kettle bell, bozu ball, TRX and hand weights and lastly their wonderful Yoga that’s gives me so much flexibility. Highly recommended!!!

My favorite part is at Spenga you don't have to worry about the trainers harassing you to weigh yourself or track your weight (they have options if this is your thing but if it's not, you're in the right place). Spenga focuses on feeling strong and celebrating accomplishments through power and energy using the Sweet Spot during cycling. I have tried a bunch of different options like OT and spin classes, rebound classes and personal training. I have to say after every class I feel like they should hand out medals. It is so intense and with the yoga at the end it eliminates soreness almost completely. I love how you can track your progress and see your numbers go up and they shoot you texts when you have had a personal best. It is by far the best work out. I was intimidated at first because I am not 20 years old but the spenga tribe is awesome and diverse group with all ages. The trainers are amazing and when you think of the overall cost it is so inexpensive compared to personal training which I feel it ranks right up there with personal training. I absolutely loved my workout here! Such a great atmosphere all around. The staff members and owners are so welcoming and sweet. Makes you feel at home and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone. By far the best workout I have had in years and after having my second baby I am excited to get back into shape coming here!

I joined as an unlimited member without taking a class. No financial loss as no contract or obligation past month to month. It was a special I had wanted to lock in as a founding member. My first class was odd for me as I had to get used to their spin bikes. I usually hit another spin place for 45 min. A few times a week. Classes that I still love. But my second spenga class was more comfortable on the bike. What I got out of it so far was you maximize time by getting three workouts in 1 hour. For me the second time I worked out harder maximizing that time as Lucy an instructor recommends. Just give it your all. I felt great after and the yoga, it does wonders on my muscles after the workout. The Instructor's showed modified ways to do exercises and were attentive to doing the workout in proper form. Not how fast you do it but laser focused on proper. I look forward to the next few weeks to see results, I plan on going 3 times a week. I will re post a review in 3 weeks...oh and the childcare option is amazing. I like to do a second workout (run in morning and spenga afternoon)after my kids get home from school sometimes...they have a great kid room. They have lockers, bathroom, showers. Staff friendly when you walk in with lovely greetings.
