Fantastic workout. Rivals Barrys. Work on your soccer game in a small indoor field setting and get an instructor- led bootcamp/HIIT workout. All while listening to club music.

At sphere you can work on your fitness AND your soccer skills at the same time. It's like killing two birds with one (very sweaty) stone. The coaches are like fitness ninjas too. They'll have you doing burpees, lunges, and push-ups like it's no big deal. And if you start to feel like you're about to die they'll be right there to cheer you on and give you that extra push you need to finish the class. And the other members of the club – they're like a big, sweaty family. They'll high-five you after a tough play, commiserate with you during the cool-down, and maybe even buy you a drink afterwards if you're lucky. They've got a beautiful clean studio that gives very much speak easy vibes. They've been doing a beautiful job for years, and I have no doubt that they'll continue to help people get fit and have a great time doing it for years to come.
