The facility charges $25 per person to watch your kid play but does not provide adequate seating for spectators. They also have zones where youβre not allowed to stand, but the space is so inadequate that thereβs no where else to go. Charge way less or provide adequate seating.

My car was broken into at this facility during a basketball game and the business had fake signs posted that the premise was safe and video monitoring. After reporting this to the police and the facility - both the facility and the promoter of the event refused to pay for the damages. They could have easily split the amount and instead refused to leaving me with a fat bill to take up on my own.
My car was broken into IN THE PARKING LOT
Within 45 minutes this occurred
I am now on the edge because I do not know what provoked my vehicle or was targeted, this is how I learned that there were no working cameras! Ladies, patrons- be aware!!!
Be warned that this facility couldn't care less for their patrons and put their patrons in an unsafe standpoint by passing the blame or "oversight to others".

This place should NOT host anything volleyball related! 1. The traffic to get in and out absolutely horrible, there is no one out there to direct it. 2. Our team was told we could've use noise makers, ( all black team). The team they were playing were allowed to use pompoms while is a noise maker. I went to voice my grievances to the very unhealthy white man at the desk and he basically told me that they could use theirs. Then proceeds to patronize me, I don't suggest that anyone go there! 3. Last but not least, there is no sitting and absolutely no service! At least offer some wifi! What if someone's loved passed away they couldn't receive the phone call because there is no service in the building. If could give 0 stars i would!

Nice wood flooring but that is the only great thing. Courts are stacked on top of each other, so close that the refs have contend with a pole from the court next to it.

Iβm giving 3 stars due to parking. Volleyball season runs from Dec well into late spring. There were multiple cars stuck in mud over the weekend because of rain and lack of getting the parking lot finished. There is a very limited parking lot, the extended lot is still just dirt. This facility has been around for years. With all the money being pulled in for tournaments, this parking lot should have already been completed. The staff is friendly and the food is surprisingly pretty good. (Breakfast sandwiches and chicken quesadillas).

Horrible parking lot, horrible to get in and out of. The courts tear up uniforms. There is no room inside. The only facility to host tournaments and doesn't open until 7:15am when all the others open at 7:00am. So even being there early fighting through the horrible parking lot, you are guaranteed to have a line of people trying to get in.

Attended two days for a Volleyball tournament. No cell/wifi inside the building. Parking, seating, restrooms, and courts are limited in terms of space for the number of teams and guests that attend. I don't see how any teams are able to play a full set without at least 2-5 replays due to loose balls rolling onto the court. I don't understand why there aren't net drops to screen out interference balls. While there's only one male/female restroom, they were not full when I needed to take care of personal needs. There's about 6-8 stalls. It was extremely cold yesterday, but today the temperature was fair. The food options are descent and the prices are fair. The smoothies are really good and made fresh. The cheese on the hotdogs could taste better. They offer breakfast and lunch deals.

Not a fan. Place is a complete Faraday cage where data signals go to die. Wi-Fi is spotty and sub par as they don't have enought APNs to handle more clients so the network not only drops and you can't get back on but speeds are bad when it's busy. Courts are nice but are way too close together, I mean the refs have to squeeze in to get up the ladder because the adjacent net is all up their rear end and when your here playing a tournament, because the nets are on top of each other there is absolutely no room for dividing nets so balls go all over the place interfering with other games on going on other courts.

I attended my daughter's first volleyball tournament, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by organizational issues. When we approached the head organizer regarding a scorekeeping error, his unprofessional response was disheartening. Despite highlighting the mistake politely, he questioned our right to do so.
To add to the frustration, the venue was uncomfortably cold with unnecessary air conditioning in 33Β° weather. It's disappointing when such events lack professionalism and fail to address genuine concerns. I hope the organizers take this feedback to heart for the improvement of future tournaments."

The Sport Support Athletic Center (Swisher Courts) offers a solid fitness experience and court, but there's room for improvement. The cell reception and WiFi signal in the building need enhancement for basic communications. Many patrons has to leave the facility just to check messages or missed calls. Youβll need to bring your own seating, not adequate seating for kids sports viewers. Additionally, the concession meal options are one of the best for a sports complex and the staff is very friendly.

First year playing club ball, had a tournament here this past weekend. The courts are very nice and there is plenty of places to sit with some bleacher seating and lots of free space for you to set up your chairs. The parking can get a bit tight during these big tournaments but thatβs to be expected when hundreds of players and family members are on site. The restrooms are very accommodating to big crowds, and the concessions serve up some really good food including multiple healthy options. Great selection place.

Swisher Courts is a spacious athletic facility conveniently located in Lake Dallas. The new training center located within Swisher Courts is great, it serves athletes well. The concessions here are very good and the club is run by good people. Swisher Courts is home to the great Instinct Volleyball Club and is also home to many other sports leagues/teams, it is a great facility for many different athletic needs.

First year in club ball and this was the first facility to compete at. As much as they charge per day/weekend, they need to provide places to park! Then they made an announcement that some vehicles would be towed for blocking! Where are people supposed to park?! Courts are packed right next to each other, with barely any extra room for the waiting teams. Ridiculous.

Attended a volleyball tournament here and itβs probably the worst facility I have been in. They should not be allowed to host volleyball tournaments. Poor parking. No seating. Zero cell service, no WiFi, 1 person working the door selling wristbands while the rest of the staff sat behind the counter and watched people sit in line.

This facility literally BAKED us today. I felt bad for the tournament coordinators because they literally had dozens of teams in that tournament with no air! I couldnβt even let my kiddos finish the tournament (even though we had lost two games in a row) because three of my kids have asthma. It was totally unacceptable to invite that many people to play under those conditions. They charged $15/head for spectators not including tournament entry fees, all to be drenched in sweat for hours? Yeah, Noβ¦ Idk who the onus lies with, but someone should do right by those tournament directors who got all of our complaints regarding the temperature because Iβm sure Iβm not the only team owner who complained. Shame on them for this.

Pretty and clean facility but you can expect to be in a huge dark cellular hole all day. Not only can you not call or text, but it makes it impossible to do the tasks you could be doing while waiting between matches. Donβt waste your time trying their WiFi it doesnβt work.
Not sure if the bracket play that was added on to the pool play in a 4 team tournament (causing the teams to play the 3 same teams again to secure the wins they just battled for ...again) was something they added or an NTR vb rule like they said, but it was an absolute ridiculous waste of time and in the end I wasnβt surprised it benefited their home club.

My husband went for our daughtersβ volleyball two day tournament and told the kid at the front he needed a two day pass. The kid took his $20 and then directed him to go get his wristband. My husband came back on day two and management told him they donβt sell two day passes, and they would not give him his money back, nor let him in for free since he technically already paid the previous day. Horrible way of handling the situation. I hope we never have to set foot in this place again.

Had a great experience with a Breakthrough Basketball camp I took my daughter to over the weekend. Facilities were nice and clean. They had 4 courts, with plenty of room for the 60 or so kids that were involved. We did not use any of the other parts of the facility, but they did have a gear shop, snack/food, and looked to be a yoga room. Overall looked like a good place to participate in recreational indoor sports.
