The way these drivers operate, parents should genuinely be concerned for their children’s safety. I was clearly in my lane and a van with this companies name, logo and phone number didnt stop to look and just pulled directly out in front of me from a business parking lot. I had to swerve into the other lane to avoid a serious accident that could have killed myself, my child in the car as well as the children in the van. If you’re a parent who uses this business to assist with after school transportation I seriously urge you to reconsider as today was a clear indication their drivers dont care about the safety of the children in their care.

The place smells like feet… We went to the preschool trail class. The only reason I gave 4 star is the teacher Liz is so nice. I really want to like this place and it is so close to my home. I suggest raise the price a little bit and spend money on cleaning!!!

The facility is dirty, class sizes are large (especially for younger children who need more attention/guidance), and teachers are inconsistent - I think my daughter had a different instructor every other class. There are many other gymnastics places in Austin, most of which have waitlists. There is a reason this place does not have one. I'd recommend waiting for a spot to open at a better facility.

Great program, however both 1st floor and 2nd floor are always filthy and stink really bad. Restrooms are always bad too. They seem to be doing really well, so perhaps hire a professional deep cleaning crew at least once or twice a month?

Just had a birthday party here for a 7-year-old girl and the kids all had so much fun! There is plenty of equipment to keep kids entertained. Best part is that the staff is wonderful with the kids. They set up an obstacle course and ran a few different games. Like I said, every kid had a blast!

My daughter tried a trial tumbling class here. I was immediately not impressed. The staff didn't acknowledge me when I came in and were not friendly once they finally noticed me. The place was run down and smelled bad. The tumbling class had "stations" and the coaches mostly just stood around. Another classmate helped my daughter most of the time. We will look elsewhere for tumbling.

My son has been in gymnastics here for some time. When Covid struck, we stayed home for a long time. We have recently started going back as Star Center's Covid-19 health practices are very good. As for the gymnastics itself, is is fantastic. There are so many ways my son has benefited from going down this gymnastics path other than the gymnastics itself. He is confident, focused and being a gymnast is a great source of pride. Star Center is great for my son and I am very happy for it!

Cafe du Monde has less powder everywhere than this dirty sock smelling gym. The gymnastics coaches here have anger management issues, promoted by the owner of the facility. The front desk staff is mostly clueless, but nice, ONCE you get their attention. We were at Star for a year and a half until we had to work with Cameron and a blonde queen. Ben Riley is who we wanted to work with (who is the only level-headed fellow in the joint). The owner did a bait-n-switch on us and that's why we left. Caveat Emptor!

Very friendly manager at the desk, and my daughter loves working with Coach Chris. The 1.5 hour class provides a great workout, and she is learning a lot.

I bumped into this page by accident and got curious about the reviews, makes me laugh, my son's been there for a year and he has won several medals over state, and the cheer team is absolutely amazing as well! Let's have in mind that an afterschool program is recreactional and your kids need to learn that if they have homework it is their responsability do do it without an order. I will withdraw my son when he asks me to do so, but for now he works out harder than many of us and he loves what he's doing. Btw he's 7yo
