I would not recommend this gym. Host was unprofessional. They would not allow 8 10 year olds jumps because of welded on jewelry at the ankle. Would not allow a sock to cover or coban wrap to cover them. We had to leave because none of our party could jump. It devastated my daughter and there are no refunds at all cost. Beware of booking any party at this facility.

First off, being short runs in my family, also we all look super young. I do not know if you are familiar with foreigners having the same birthday which is January 1st and that is what it says on our ID. Also I had a different last name because I was not good with my father and decided I wanted to change my last name to my mothers last name. We were going to provide you with our ID that is why we said we said January 1st.

I called Starz to ask a question but they were unable to answer the phone. Within a couple of minutes I received a text from them apologizing for the missed call. In addition, they also sent several texts detailing their services. Incidentally, the information sent out answered my question and I took 5 kiddos for a fun jump! Two days later I received a message from the owner, following up on my request. This is the kind of service and personal attention that makes me feel valued as a customer. Take note, local business owners!

I really like coming here because the trampolines are so bouncy. I also love that the tumble track is very long. It is a good place to practice flips, handsprings, and tucks; some gyms won't allow these things! :( The foam is worn down and gets in my eyes; I am told they are in the process of replacing it. My experience with the staff is that they have been rude, except for the one woman (red-headed, do not know her name) who works the front desk. I have been going to Starz for years and have found it to be dirty, and it smells of sweat (but it is a gym after all). On my last visit, it was extremely hot in there and it usually smells like sweat. The air vents have been covered in thick dust every time I have been there. I did not notice them on my last visit. The other reviewers have also complained of the same things. I think that if they will get these things fixed, they will have a far better gym and fun jump place. I'd like to see improvements, so that I can bump it up to 5 "starz"!

We've been to starz many times for fun jumps and have even taken a few classes here.
This past Fri my daughters went to the fun jump...they are either 2 or 4 hour chunks of time. I stayed there watching them for the first 2 hrs. They decided they wanted to stay longer so i paid for more time and went to run some errands.
When i returned to get my girls i found that my daughter had been jumped by 2 older girls that she didn't know.
Apparently one of the employees saw them messing with my daughter to which they said "y'all cut it out or we'll make you leave."
2 mins later when the coach went back to videoing other kids with her phone the girls attacked my kid again.
Thankfully other kids at the fun jump helped my daughter get out of this position.
The helpers even communicated that the coaches saw and heard the bullies cussing at other kids and did nothing.

There is a serious lack of people in charge at these fun jumps.
My daughter was terrified & humiliated.
We are so disappointed in the lack of staff, rules & accountability at this facility.
There is no standard of behavior held and the "coaches/staff" are busy chatting with each other and on their phones not keeping the kids in attendance safe.

Rudest place ever. Stay away. We went for a birthday party, and they wouldn’t let my six year old jump because she just got her ears pierced. She had studs on with rounded backs. They wanted us to take them out. We left with her crying. They would not work with us at all. We offered to put bandaids over them, still no. She takes gymnastics elsewhere...no problem there. Starz said their insurance wouldn’t cover it. 🙄

Worst place to go for jumping! The facility is dirty and smells like public restroom when you walk through the door. The staff overlooks all things going on that are completely unsafe but if you dare walk on the mat with tennis shoes on to chase a 1 year old baby then they jump all over you! They throw balls across the trampoline while other kids are jumping and my niece fell on a ball and broke her ankle in two spots. Nobody from the staff came over to check on her while she was laying on the floor crying hysterically! It seems like they need to re-evaluate their safety rules and maybe upgrade their facility! Hate this place and will NOT be going back! If you want clean and fun jumping then go to Air U, their facility is WAY cleaner and their staff is WAY more friendly!

Went the to my neice's birthday party here from 1 to 3pm. The kids had a blast but this place is filthy and the staff is very very rude! At 2:45 one of the staff came to our area and started yelling at us that we need to get our stuff n get out because he had to clean up for the next party!! My neice paid for a 2 hr party it's not her fault Starz Gymnastics over booked! And I am not exaggerating when I say he came at us yelling to get out. I do not recommend this place at All! My son jumped into their foam pit and something inside the foam pit sliced his knee down to the bone. Stiches inside and 25 stapes outside. They did not stop other children from jumping in the pit to find out what cut my son nor did they clean up the foam with blood on it. I have called stars and have had no return call.

Well when I went the staff was wonderful and very attentive. It is a wonderful place for children to gather for a birthday party or for fun jump. But my only concern was when I saw a lack of llamas. Here for open jump. Definitely a rundown building but that's okay. Tons of trampolines, foam pot and swinging ropes. They pretty much let the kids do their thing...within reason I'm sure. Lost a star because the "parents area" is a row of plastic chairs by the entrance. A table or couches would be nice. Not sure if I'm allowed to leave but that would be great if they aren't going to make a nice space. There is a TV but you can't see it from the chairs. No wifi. So for parents it's 3 stars. For kids it's 5 stars.

We recently attended a birthday party at Starz & the service was the worst, ever. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude & apparently on some kind of power trip about the paperwork. She said I needed to write "illegibly" so she could read it. She then whited out what I had written & had my husband re-write it. The form requires your address 3 times, which is a little ridiculous, but either way my handwriting was fine until she corrected me...
The party was scheduled from 4-5:30p. At 5:26pm, the staff announced that they were closing & that everyone needed to leave. The parents of the birthday boy were gathering his gifts & trying to clean up after themselves & they turned the lights off at 5:36pm. Completely rude & out of line. When I asked if we needed to clean up the mess, one of the employees stated "we will clean it, ya'll just need to go"
We will NEVER have a birthday party or anything else here because of the way we were treated at this party. No one else at the party will ever go there again, I am 100% sure. I hope the owners of this facility will get their employees in check. Teenage girls should not be allowed to "run" a business without any supervision whatsoever by an adult.
