I came in with no knowledge of the spot or lifestyle of boxing. After learning the basics with Coach Debra and Coach Franco we built from the bottom up and trust me I was very low at the bottom. After sparring many sized opponents coaches share knowledge and work with every person in the gym to become better every workout. They challenge yourself while creating an open environment. Ages kid, teen, adult and 40’s(+) all side by side wanting to lean. The gym often works with first responders and retired vets. Wonderful people have created a wonderful gym at Franco’s.

I recommend Steven Franco if your looking to get healthy. Don't be fooled by the worknout area As he mentioned it's in a 2 garage area but it has what you need to get your work out done. The price is very affordable and you'll get a great work out.
