Stride and Strength Fitness by Stevi Clark offers semi-private and private Pilates sessions specified to help you achieve your goals. Sessions with Stevi are designed with the principles of Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, precision and flow) while also incorporating athletic, dynamic movements to emphasize strength gains and prevent injuries. In addition to Pilates, Stride and Strength Fitness also offers online run coaching.

I've been taking Reformer Pilates classes with Stevi Clark at Stride & Strength and it's been fantastic. Stevi is a skilled, encouraging instructor who helps you improve with every session. I love the small class size—it allows for personalized attention and just the right amount of challenge. Highly recommend!

Regardless of your fitness level Stevi makes Pilates accessible. She is sensitive to injuries or limitations showing multiple modifications. She is encouraging and challenges you as well. I’ve throughly enjoyed adding Pilates to my running and lifting routine.

I have had the best experience with Stevi at Stride and Strength fitness. I feel noticeably stronger and have noticed a huge different in my core strength which is something I’ve always struggled with! Class with her is the best way to start my day!

I cannot say enough about Stevi and her Pilates classes! I have been intimidated by the large Pilates classes and Stevi’s 4 reformer classes give me the opportunity to have personal attention to insure I am doing it properly! Stevi is so very knowledgeable about the whole body and how it all works together. I have become so much stronger in my core and my flexibility is better than it has ever been! And my overall balance has improved as well. I highly recommend Stride and Strength!!

I was having a tough time getting back into running after welcome my second child. I thought I would give Pilates a shot and after a few months, my core has never felt stronger! Stevi is an exceptionally talented athlete, running coach, and Pilates instructor. If you are looking for a small welcoming class to improve strength and flexibility, I can’t recommend this one enough!
