I would like to sign up but I called multiple times across multiple days and nobody ever picked up the phone. I also visited in person multiple times across multiple days and there was never a staff member present to let me in or to take my money. I am now on my way to give my money to literally any other gym.

Very cool place to help you get in shape! They’ve been at this location for several months. Lots of free weights, machines treadmills and more. Stop in and see AO or Seven and they’ll give you all the details. Keep up the great work Strong Fitness!

My husband and I have been going to this gym for over a year and love it! From the amount and variety of equipment to the hours to the competitive pricing to the convenient location to the awesome owners who are always there and know everyone, it’s by far the best gym in Montgomery area. They were closed earlier in the year to move to their new location, and it was not the same going to other gyms in the area; we were so glad when they reopened and won’t be going anywhere else as long as we live here!

I’ve been working out at Strong Fitness in Conroe, Texas, and it’s been an amazing experience. The facility is new, clean, and well-maintained, which makes for a comfortable workout environment. The machines are exactly what you need to get a great workout, offering a variety of options to target all muscle groups effectively. Plus, the 24-hour access is a huge benefit, making it easy to fit workouts into my schedule, no matter how busy things get. It’s truly a great place to work out, and I highly recommend it!

Second time I’ve showed up with nobody at the desk, door is closed and they just have signs that say members only, do not let anybody in we will charge you 15 dollars if you let people in and like, there’s no phone number anywhere posted for you to call someone to sign you up or anything. Super weird. The gym does look like it’s open and 24 hours, but they don’t have their staff hours posted
