STRONG Pilates is incomparable to your reformer pilates. When I first heard about this up and coming studio, I didn’t think anything different of it. Boy was I wrong! They incorporate pilates, cardio, and strength on those Strong Loaded days. Although it is not what I was originally looking for, I tried out the 21 days and I’m enjoying it much more than I expected. The location is great, the instructors are amaaazing, I could go on and on. There are I believe, 17 spots in each class and they fill up fast! You also get a cold eucalyptus towel at the end. 10/10 recommend!

I’m so glad I found this place. The workout, the community, and the energy here are like nothing else. In just a few months, I truly feel my best. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a premium experience and incredible results.

I came in 3-4 minutes before class and was denied at entry since it was my first time here they required to be 15 minutes before class. In the email it says it was “recommended” to be there 15 minutes early. Wasted my time getting ready and driving there. Even with 3 minutes I thought that still is a fair time for them to introduce the machine. I’ve been to 20+ pilates studios and this is by far the most restricted first timers…

I had this chance to try this studio yesterday, and since I’d never done Pilates before, I figured why not? I walked in thinking I’d crush it… yeah, no. Pilates humbled me real quick. The place was awesome. Super friendly, super welcoming, and their trainer Natalia? Total badass. She kept us motivated, pushed me way past my comfort zone, and somehow still made it fun. I’ve been to plenty of franchise studios, but this one was next-level clean. And the best part, they hand you this ice-cold wet eucalyptus towel at the end. OMG the perfect refresher after getting totally wrecked.
I’ll definitely be back… right after my abs stop aching! 😅

Strong Pilates Cinco Ranch is truly on another level. The studio is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such an energizing vibe the moment you walk in. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. They push you in the best way while still making every class feel fun and achievable.
The classes themselves are a perfect mix of strength, cardio, and core work. You feel muscles you didn’t even know existed, but you leave feeling stronger, lighter, and fully recharged. The machines and the workouts are thoughtfully structured.

This has been one of my favorite workouts to date. It’s such a great mix of Pilates cardio and strength. Not to mention all the instructors are amazing and the office manager is awesome. They know you by name when you walk in the door. I just did a trial membership and can’t wait to sign up for a guaranteed monthly unlimited package so I can go all the time. If you haven’t tried it out, you should.

Strong Pilates Cinco Ranch is hands-down one of the best workouts I’ve ever done! From the moment you walk in, the energy is motivating and welcoming. The studio is super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, which makes you want to show up and push yourself.
The coaches are amazing — they balance encouragement with clear instruction, so whether you’re brand new or experienced, you feel supported and challenged. I love how every class is different; one day you’re firing up your core and glutes, the next you’re working strength and cardio on the reformer. It’s the perfect mix of intensity and fun, and you leave feeling both stronger and recharged.
Strong Pilates Cinco Ranch is truly a gem in the community — I can’t recommend it enough!

This is Pilates on crack. Mixed with cardio, strength/cross fit-like exercises, and Pilates— I’m feeling amazing and seeing changes in my body more than ever! The staff, instructors, and owners are the best! I love the vibe of the studio & especially the cold eucalyptus towels at the end!

Trainers generally do not pay attention to the form and strictly follow the routine provided by the franchise. Some attendees struggle with exercises given and have a hard time following the routine. This franchise is great for those who want immediate satisfaction, do not mind working out on machines and are comfortable with a fitness fad. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. However, for those who are seeking long term, scientifically proven and data backed fitness results, the better option is a more traditional gym. It all depends what your goal is. Similar to McDonald’s. Not everyone can digest its food and most see no long term results. The stars are for the Strong Pilates concept and not particularly the facility itself.

I’ve been going to Strong Pilates regularly since the gym first opened in June, and I’m so impressed with the results. I’ve noticed real changes in my body and my overall shape has improved greatly.
As a busy professional, I really appreciate the wide range of class times, which makes it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. The instructors are both fun and incredibly knowledgeable, which makes every class enjoyable and motivating. I was never a fan of traditional gyms, but I love this unique concept that combines cardio, weights, and Pilates. The classes are always engaging, so I’m never bored, and the atmosphere is wonderfully friendly.
Strong Pilates has completely changed how I feel about working out—I actually look forward to every session!

The place is beautiful. The workout was really cool, I really liked the trainer Natasha. But I will never come back here again. There are more customer-oriented and friendly places. I was forced to buy their socks for 16 dollars. Although other people were training in regular socks. The problem is that the socks were huge and it was uncomfortable to train in them. When I asked to change them or allow me to train without them, they refused. Terrible service.

Tried my first class at Strong Pilates – Cinco Ranch after hearing my friend brag about it nonstop, and now I completely understand why! Stacy B. was our instructor and she was AMAZING—super motivating, clear with her cues, and made the workout both challenging and fun. The class is the perfect mix of strength and Pilates, and I walked out feeling muscles I didn’t even know I had. The studio vibe was welcoming, and Stacy’s energy made the whole experience even better. Totally see why my friend’s been getting results, and I’m ready to keep coming back too!

I know it’s the first review without 5 stars, but it’s honest and not incentivized. The place is beautiful and everyone is extremely nice and polite. Well, we are in Katy. The classes were too hard for me. I have been working out for almost 20 years but I am a beginner to Pilates. Many exercises were impossible for me to do with correct form, and if you aren’t doing something with correct form you won’t benefit as much. Some trainers correct the form while the others don’t. Not everyone’s form is corrected, I saw many ladies doing exercises incorrectly, just to be able to finish some reps. I think it would be beneficial if the difficulty could be scaled down, there are quite a few beginners.

I absolutely love this place! The workouts are genuinely so humbling but at the same time enjoyable! Shaylin is genuinely one of the most motivating instructors and her classes always are enjoyable! I found that many of the classes have helped me with my joints especially after being on accutane and suffering with back pains! Love this place and would recommend!

They had me at cold eucalyptus towel! I have been trying to find a fitness studio in Katy/Houston that offers a boutique style environment with a mix of strength, conditioning and mindfulness. Strong Pilates is it! Studio is CLEAN. Staff is FRIENDLY and ENGAGING. Patrons leave feeling STRONG, VALUED and PAMPERED.

First time entering the Pilates world! I was definitely nervous about how I would be able to handle the class(watched too many failed Pilates videos😅) The classes are for all levels of fitness.
