Just purchased a home here on Bolivar amd was looking for a local gym so my wife and I could workout on the weekends. Have to say, this gym is extremely nice and has pretty much anything you need. The equipment is very high quality and the staff is amazing. Theu also have tanning, spray tan and a pretty neat 1-2 person Sauna. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Dean. We talked for at least an hour but I guess that's just what military ppl do! Thank you Dean for sharing your stories with me. Place is fantastic. See you next weekend.

This is a nice boutique gym that has everything you need for a good workout. I found the restroom and locker room very clean, the equipment in good condition, and a very friendly and delightful front desk staff. Great gym on the beach! Came here for couple of days while on vacation. This gym is well maintained, organized and clean. Plenty of equipment for strength training. Dumbbells up 100 lbs and plenty plates for barbell/plate loaded training. I will definitely be back the next time I visit Crystal Beach.

This gym is absolutely great! I have been going for the last month since i moved to the peninsula. Was in town for the weekend, and needed a place to train. Found this place on Google and decided to give it a shot.

Staff: Very friendly! Got to meet the owner and he was very hospitable! You can tell he cares about the establishment and knows what people want/need!

Equipment: Was very impressed! Especially with how limited the space is. Space for cardio options (not my forte but it was available). A plethora of free weights/machines to meet the needs of any push/pull/legs program. I was very impressed with the quality of the equipment, all of it was new and very comfortable to use! Every machine I needed was available for me to use as well. Wasn’t crowded at all! I didn’t use the sauna but from what I could see it looked clean and sanitary. 10/10!!!!

Locker rooms: Again, very clean! Showers readily available with complimentary towels to use! Lockers were available to put all of my gear. Cleanliness was a 10/10!!!!!

A plus was that I was able to buy a 3-day pass instead of having to purchase a day pass every time I came in!

Definitely will be returning when visiting Crystal Beach!!!!

Great gym! This review is a bit overdue as I was there end of February.
Decent sized gym on the island. Open 24 hours but is staffed during business hours. Not overly busy, clean and very well maintained. Very friendly owners and staff. I was there for a 2 weeks membership(paid for a month 24 hr as was actually cheaper) I was able to get there most days and never had a problem getting my workout in. Several weight machines, treadmills and free weights/kettlebells available. They do have a sauna for an extra fee. I didn’t use it. I would definitely come back when in the area! Thank you!

We stayed in Port Bolivar for 5 days and my adult daughter and I worked out here nearly every day. As others have mentioned, the price was a little high ($20/day), but for us it was worth it. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of equipment and everything was in perfect working order. The space was just right, not too cramped and was very clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a hidden gem and we most definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to stay fit while visiting Port Bolivar!

Beautiful facility with newer equipment. Really appreciate the large restroom with lockers and shower area w/ complimentary towels. You can pay for a fob to admit you at any time and they honor Silver Sneakers. There are also supplements for sale and complimentary water for you to refill.
