I've really enjoyed my time with Andy. He's shown great attention to my goals and previous experience and definitely has tailored very carefully our encounters to my personal situation. He's also been very responsive outside of our lessons with a general very positive attitude. The workout "assignments" have been very clearly planned and come with very practical video examples for quick reference, which helps a lot when trying to learn correct forms. I'll definitely keep checking in regularly with him on my progress.

Andy isnβt just a good trainer, heβs a great trainer that Iβve been working with for nearly 10 years.
Andy is intelligent, creative and personable. It is chiefly these traits that I believe make him such a great personal trainer.
Andy understands how the body works and his intelligence and creativity work together to ensure that he can work with anyone, no matter where they are on their fitness journey. No two sessions are ever the same, allowing you to stay happy and engaged while working with him for years.
Over the last 10 years my fitness level and goals have varied but Andy has always safely challenged me. This was crucial, particularly during my pregnancy, during which I continued to work with Andy all the way until the end. You want a trainer that you can trust to help you achieve your fitness goals safely and not some hack that will burn you out or even worse cause injury.
Personality in a trainer is something that I think is often overlooked. But there is a reason it's called a personal trainer, the relationship is personal. I really look forward to seeing Andy for my weekly sessions, and he has always been great at providing the motivation that I want and need to help me progress.
I keep coming back because whenever I leave a session I feel better. My body feels better and I have a smile on my face. If you're looking for a personal trainer that you can stick with for the long haul Andy is the perfect choice. I very much look forward to the next 10 years and beyond.

I've been working with Andy for about 6 months. I first went to see him during the roller to derby off season. My goals were to get stronger so I can literally not be pushed around as easily while on the track. Andy is very knowledgeable and creates workouts that are efficient and hit multiple muscle groups at once.
Fast forward 6 months, my teammates have commented about how they have noticed a big difference in my strength and I have Andy to thank for it.

Andy does an excellent job helping me reach my fitness goals. He prepared me so well for my ski trip that I was able to ski all week and keep up with my two teenagers. With his help, Iβve seen great improvement in my strength, conditioning, and mobility. He creates workouts that target exactly what I need, and even provides detailed home workouts using the equipment I have on hand for days I canβt make it to the gym. His workout are always challenging, but he is so encouraging and supportive that he constantly motivates me to keep improving. Andy Rivadeneira is an amazing trainer! He is always professional, informative and listens closely to what your goals are. I love that no two workouts are ever the same which keeps things fun, engaging and always challenging. I have recommended him to many friends who have now become clients of his! Another great thing about him is his ability to train multiple people at the same time (buddy training duos or classes) who are at completely different fitness levels and each person can still be challenged. I cannot recommend him enough no matter what your level or goals are!

Andy at Swift Fit is a dedicated trainer who won't hold back when it comes to challenging you. He comes to my office twice a week and puts together great sessions for my coworkers and me without fail. That being said, Andy is not daunted by fluctuating participation numbers in an office/corporate environment. Sometimes we have a small group and sometimes we have a very large group and it never trips him up. He is very flexible and quick to modify his planned routine so it will always maximize our workout.
Additionally, Andy will deliver a challenging and fitting workout routine with respect to personal training. He is knowledgable in what works and what doesn't work when it comes to muscle targeting, nutrition, and active recovery. He strives to get to know you on a personal level and always makes sure you stay on track and progress, set realistic goals, and meet your goals.
In summary, whether it's training in a group/workplace environment or one-on-one, Andy's versatility, knowledge, and skill are exceptional. I am grateful for his care and attention to detail and his personal connection with each of us. Andy is the best personal trainer I ever worked with. He is very caring and always pays attention his clients. He trains us at my work place and he pays attention to every individual ones, adjusts intensity of workout individually as it fits us. In every session he comes up a way to change the settings, type of workouts and add new flavors to the workout to keep them interesting. With limited amount of equipment we have, he always manage to challenge us enough by compounding exercise routines that at the end of an hour session, we all feel that we achieved a very good all around workout combining cardio and muscle growth and stretching at the finish. His personal training program is highly recommended.

As a former athlete turned 40, I have worked with many different trainers and done a wide range of workout types through the years.
When it was time to get back into feeling strong after having my 3rd kid, I am so grateful I found Andy.
He knows his stuff! Andy is experienced, smart and thoughtful in his work out planning. He pays attention to my personal needs (post Achilles rupture) and is always able to tweak an exercise to fit my physical abilities at any given time.
