I went here fully expecting a normal mma experience. But I was very wrong, sensei Rem was very helpful and very experienced which was new to me as I struggled to find a sensei that was serious about what they do (I did not have any experience in mma). She walked me through the whole process and was really helpful. The environment is really great and I like the serious energy the people teaching and peers have. I learned a lot and I definitely reccomend this place for beginners and even advanced fighters (they even have a kids program I believe).
