What really sets them apart is the focus on fundamentals, teaching proper form, explaining the “why” behind each exercise, and providing the knowledge needed for long-term success. Not only do I feel stronger, but also much more confident in and outside the gym. What an incredible trainer Josh is!
I was completely new to weight lifting when I came to Texas Iron, but Josh knew just where to begin. He is super knowledgeable on everything fitness, excited to work with anyone at any level, and also such a friendly and encouraging guy. He made a plan catered to my strengths and worked with me to reach my goals.
The app is super helpful as well in scheduling my self workouts, and a great way to track my gains.
Cannot recommend Josh at Texas Iron PT high enough, for anyone looking to begin a fitness program. I would give more than five stars if able!!

Josh @ texas iron pt has helped me so much! He took the time to really understand my goals, past experience, and hesitancies and then built an awesome custom plan for me. His corrections and guidance have made me much more confident and comfortable in the gym. The app he uses is also very helpful for when I am working out on my own as it keeps me focused, helps me track progress and makes it almost like a game. I definitely would recommend!
