Since attending I have seen more results being here than I have in my years of training in the gym! Michael doesn’t only just push your limits but he helps you to understand the balance your body needs to have the ability to push forward. I have gotten my AFT (Army Fitness Test) scores up since I have attended and would definitely recommend his sessions to all military personnel, anyone wanting to join the military and to those who are wanting a healthier lifestyle.

Honestly the name of the business worried me as I was not a fan of rucking. Michael reassured me, The Art Of Rucking, is much more than putting on a heavy load and just going. I'm thankful I took a chance because the attention he gives to explain the workout, form, encouragement, purpose, direction, and just making things work, is awesome! Micheal is the best in the biz for sure! All the workouts are meant to push you beyond your limits and I love that especially for someone who’s trying to lose weight. I love how he incorporates military style workouts with powerlifting and also adds running as well. You will see a change both mentally and physically!

When I first started this rucking journey I was asked one question. What is your goal, what do you want to gain from this? My answer was to lose weight so that I have a baby.

I cannot begin to express how incredible my experience has been with The Art of Rucking. 15 years had passed me by, and I was neglecting my health, I decided to take the leap and get back into fitness 6 months ago.. I found the perfect fit with the Art of Rucking and workout programs. The support, the family you gain, and the accountability have truly been life-changing.

Days where I didn't feel like going or just wanted to be lazy, I would always be reminded, What is your goal, what do you want to gain from this? I was challenged and pushed my limits without feeling overwhelmed or lost. The rucking sessions were such a great way to build strength and endurance while being outside and enjoying nature. My Dr wanted me to lose weight and get to get my blood pressure down. I have only been training for 6 months and was able to lose weight and I am no longer on any type of blood pressure medication.

But what has been the most amazing part of this journey is the unexpected blessing that followed. I am now 9 weeks pregnant. It feels surreal to think that The Art of Rucking workouts helped me rediscover my body's strength and capability in such a profound way. I'm grateful that I was able to get fit, stronger, healthier, and ultimately prepare my body for such a beautiful chapter in my life.

I am beyond thankful to The Art of Rucking for helping me transform my health, regain my confidence, and now, support my pregnancy. If you're considering getting back into fitness or looking for way to feel empowered, I highly recommend this company. You won't just transform your body- you transform your life.

At first, I was kinda scared I wouldn't fit in or like it. But after I met Michael and the crew, I freaking love it. The workouts are awesome, and the vibe is just perfect. Michael and his wife are super caring and welcoming. It's been a month since I started, and I'm already seeing results and feeling amazing. Ever since I left basic training, I've been looking for that traumatic overload rush again lol. I have found what im looking for luckily and he knows how to work me & give me what im asking for.

He definitely gives you what your asking for, individually and he is a very motivating, confident, trailblazing man.

He is like a book of knowledge if you ask him anything. I love going to this training everyday, I have been feeling my body getting back into sports mode since i started training with him and his group lol.

Quality workouts with an more than affordable price. You can expect to have muscles and money at the end of the week with him 🤑🦾

I was nervous to get back into working out, especially after having kids and taking such a long break. My husband and I used to try working out together, but I would never fully commit with him; we would only stick with it for a couple of weeks or months before stopping.
