Joining The Core Lab was one of the best decisions I've made and is the reason I'm in the best shape of my life! TCL is a beautiful studio that offers a range of classes, from their 50 minute labformer that is guaranteed to make you shake to relaxing yoga and sound bowls. They offer classes as early as 5:30am which is super helpful for anyone trying to pop in before the day starts. And all the instructors are amazing!!!

Started coming here a few months ago and didn’t really know what to expect, I was a little intimidated since I had never done Pilates before, and I honestly love this studio so much, all the instructors are so nice, encouraging and really help you understand the movements. I’m so happy I found this studio, if you’re on the fence about trying it, my recommendation would be just do it! You won’t regret it

I've been going to this Pilates studio for a year now, and I'm completely hooked. Even after all this time, the workouts are still challenging, which keeps me motivated and engaged. I took my first class last August and have been coming consistently since then. I love the different types of classes available and all the instructors are incredible. I had the BEST class today with Nada- she showed me ways to stretch and relaxed my back and shoulders. It was incredible ! I had my first Core Lab class after doing some weight training for a few months. The $10 community classes are a great way to try this type of workout out. I was hooked by my first class. You can't ask for a better full body workout that has you feeling every muscle the next day. I hate high impact workouts so it's hard to find a low impact workout that also gets your heart rate sustained as high as reformer pilates does. I went from one class a week to 3-4 a week at my peak. All the instructors are phenomenal and help tailor the class to you since class sizes are limited to 10 each. I especially love Lau, Sophie, and Kim! The stretch and shake classes led by Anne are also perfect and a perfect combination of hard work and much needed recovery.

This was a great workout for my first trimester of pregnancy as well. I sadly had to peel back due to an injury and other pregnancy-related issues, but hoping to come back slowly in my third and fourth trimester. The Core Lab will definitely be part of my postpartum recovery to get me back in shape. My only feedback is that there are ample class times available for those of us who can work out before work or in the middle of the morning. For those of us who work a full day (boo to a work day that starts at 6AM!), we are limited to 2-3 classes starting at 5:30 PM, which is hard for those of us also responsible for childcare, dinner, etc after work. These afternoon/evening classes also book up quickly! Really wish there was a 4:30 option to allow us to fit in a workout before the hustle of our evening routine, but totally understand this is dependent on demand and other scheduling considerations.

The Core Lab had helped me get to a state of fitness I have never achieved in the most efficient and safest way possible. The instructors push and encourage you but never tear you down. It is remarkable being able to see the difference of what your body can do in a few weeks. It is intimidating to start (and re-start) but I know that it is completely worth the investment.

Pilates is definitely not for the weak lol i applaud anyone who comes multiple times a week😭 this is a super beginner friendly class. They don’t slow the class down for you but definitely support you if you need it and won’t give you side eyes for taking a quick breather. I will definitely be back and i highly recommend!

Holy smokes this studio is tops! Completed my first class today, I’m hooked. I had Natalie as my instructor, she’s thorough & very supportive. She let us know what to do with clear instructions & showed us by doing it herself as well which was very helpful for a beginner like me. She answered all of my questions before class & helped me feel welcome as I was fairly intimidated to go the first time. Classes are easy to reserve online or on their app as well. I would highly encourage anybody wanting to try Pilates to sign up for classes here at their new heights location. (Formerly Fyre Fitnes) excited to be a Pilates girlie now at Core Lab

I've tried a few pilates studios in The Woodlands and this one is my favorite because it's the most challenging! Great for first timers but also great for seasoned pilates people who are looking for an extra challenge. Really nice instructors that know what they're doing and amazing reformers :)

First time going here. Liked it a lot! Stephanie was an awesome instructor! She did a great job in a class of varying experience levels. She was engaging, made good corrections and was super friendly/inviting. Not to mention her music was bomb too. Looking forward to my next class here with Stephanie! Cute studio and a great workout.
