This was my first class and I LOVED IT so much!!! The instructor Leila was amazing , corrected my form in a kind way but also motivated us all to PUSH THROUGH, I will be back! This is real Pilates !

I attended class at the Houston Heights location last evening, and it was the worst workout class I have ever experienced. The instructor barely demonstrated any of the movements, there was no warm up, and the instructor was impatient, unprofessional, and extremely rude when explaining how to do certain movements. I could barely hear or see anything over the loud music and dark room - it is incredibly unsafe to have a workout class where you can barely see anything and have an instructor who does not provide clear direction.

I’m so glad I found this studio! The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable & really know how to challenge you without being intimidating. I’ve noticed every instructor offers modifications, which is much appreciated as I’ve been to studios where I could hardly keep up.

I recently moved and started taking classes at The Core Lab’s Heights location, and it’s been amazing! The energy in this studio is incredible—uplifting music, a gorgeous space, and instructors who genuinely care about helping you grow and feel confident. Every class challenges me, but in a way that feels empowering. I’m so happy to have found a new Core Lab home in the Heights. Couldn’t recommend it more!

So glad my friend invited me to a class! I ended up getting a membership where I go at least once a week to compliment my strength training classes. The instructors here know their stuff and I appreciate how they model the moves and apply gentle corrections. I was intimidated by the reformer and moves at first but after a few classes it all started clicking and I'm seeing the slimming pilates results.

Lagree has made my upper body and core the strongest I've ever been! And lower body hits all sorts of lateral muscles I didn't even know I had! I've never felt so "all-over" strong. It's improved my tennis, skiing, yoga and anything that benefits from balance or core strength. Love the studio, new machines and friendly motivating instructors!

It’s been three years. And I’ll never forget how Christy made me feel my very first time trying this place. I was a complete beginner. Very nervous yet excited to try something new. Instead of offering support and patience she showed the complete opposite. She was very impatient with me, at some points rolled her eyes and sighed with frustration because I wasn’t getting it. It’s been three years and the way she made me feel that day has never left me. Since then I can only hope she’s gained self reflection with how she coaches others with little to no experience and has grown patience. As a coach/trainer those attributes are very important. Changed behavior comes when you catch yourself in the moment and not apologizing afterwards. Since that day three years ago, I never went back because of how she made me feel.

I’ve enjoyed Lagree workouts with these top notch instructors for several months now. It’s not high impact but you will start noticing a difference after taking only a few classes. The key is to go slow and quality is more important than quantity. It has also provided a great strengthening addition to my cardio workouts.

Highly recommend this studio. It's very clean and everyone is nice. As someone who is new to Lagree, I appreciate how friendly and attentive the instructors are. I've tried a few different instructors and they've all been great. The workout is intense, but I'm looking forward to taking more classes and getting stronger.

First time working out in a year. This class was intense but fun. I went 15 minutes before starting class to learn how to use the equipment. Everyone was really nice. The instructor was really motivating and nice. I will be back for more classes.

Fyre Fitness does not disappoint! Not only does it offer Megaformer Lagree classes, they also have VersaClimbers -- which is amazing to make Fyre a one-stop-shop for strength and cardio. They have a variety of different formats, which is great to switch things up and hit multiple facets of your workouts. All of their instructors are great -- something different with each one! They all are all well-versed and knowledgable in fitness, movement, and safety. Most importantly, they are FRIENDLY! All are welcome at Fyre, and it's created such a nice and welcoming environment. I started with a 30 day challenge and have never turned back! Obsessed now -- NOTHING has made my body lean and strong like Fyre!

I love exercising and all kinds of gyms/studios, but once I tried Fyre Fitness, I was hooked. I have been going regularly for a few months and have noticed my body is more toned and I can actually see ab muscles! The classes and instructors constantly push everyone (in a good way). The LIIT classes are my favorite - Versaclimber (for the cardio junkie in me) and megaformer mixed together!

Really challenging work out that combines high intensity with core strength exercises but is still low impact which is exactly what I needed. First time I have left a gym class feeling like a got a great work out and was very sore the next day! Equipment is clean and in great condition.

Fyre Fitness is an excellent gym! The place is very clean the equipment is always in full working order. The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful, and they vary excercise programs for each class. Music is also great!
The Lagree Megaformer machines allow the coaches to conduct full body workouts with each session. The classes are scalable to every fitness level and I don't think the machines could ever be mastered - at least not by me. Every session is different so there is not a boredom factor. I particulary like the Megaformer "Arms and Abs" workouts that are scheduled a few times per week,
The VersaClimbers are used in some of the classes to add a cardio component to the session. They work for any fitness level, but this portion of the class is hard for me. However, this is not a problem because they encourage me to go at my own pace.
Justine - the founder - and all the people that work at the gym are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their program whole-heartedly.

My wife introduced me to Fyre several years ago. While I am a "5-times-a-week" gym workout kinda guy, I had never done lagree, much less group classes. All I can say is "Wow"! The workout is challenging, but very efficient and is a great addition to my circuit training regime. Fyre gets all the small muscles that often are overlooked in the gym, plus the core strengthening cant be beat! The instructors here are great and each one has their own style (and awesome playlists). Come give Fyre a try...you will be glad you did!

Fyre is the only lagree studio in Houston that offers LIIT classes. For people who want "fast" results, LIIT will help them achieve those goals. Personally, I like the instructors and classes that I have taken at Fyre - they are definitely challenging and different every time.
The studio is extremely clean, and even if you take the same instructor, the classes aren’t the same. You’ll get your burn, sweat, day after soreness - always a challenge to climb through (pun intended).

I fell in love with Lagree after taking my first class at FYRE 3 years ago and haven’t stopped since! No matter if it is your 1st or 300th class the instructors at FYRE are always consistent, patient, and make you feel comfortable even if it’s that first class that you have no clue what you’re doing. Even after many years no class is the same and they are still SO. HARD. Absolutely obsessed with my FYRE fam 🖤

Very clean studio with pristinely-kept Megaformer/VersaClimber machines. Scheduled classes available as early as 5:30am, and as late as 7pm to accommodate all busy schedules. Crowd is professionals of all ages. Instructors have clear communication during class, and teach Lagree exceptionally well. I’ve been going here for 3 years, and I have not hit any plateaus. The class has evolved, and continues to. I’m very lucky to have found this studio, and glad they keep amazing instructors.

I normally avoid exercise classes but I make an exception here. Typically I do free weights at the gym and I've started using these classes to supplement my routine. It's the best ab exercise I've ever done and it keeps me from skipping legs or cardio. 45 minutes flies by and at the end I have burned a ton of calories and hit muscles and movements I rarely hit in the gym. These classes are good for experienced lifters as well as beginners. The trainers give both motivation and instructions on form. Low impact, slow motion, supersets, occasional HIIT, and compound movements. Definitely try it out!

Absolutely my favorite Lagree Studio in Houston. I love all their instructors, but my favorites are Heather, Christy, Justine and Ally. I’ve been a client their since they opened 3 years ago and I love how challenging the classes are, how motivating the instructors are and the bomba$$ playlist they all have. I love their transitional cues from one move to the other and always giving me the opportunity to up level. So get ready to burn 🔥

Love this studio! Thanks to them I am truly obsessed with the mega and versa. The machines are new, the classes are hard and the instructors are super welcoming, friendly and experienced! They will push you to your max and you will leave feeling super accomplished. I've done a lot of different workout classes, and this is by far the best! You will leave sweaty with your muscles shaking and you will love every minute of it!

This studio has the nicest machines of any Megaformer studio in Houston and has fantastic instructors. You can't go wrong with any of them honestly. Always feeling a great burn! I also really like how open the studio is and the way the machines are distributed so it's easy to look in the mirrors to check your form.

I took my first class with Chad and will definitely be back ASAP! I had taken Pilates in the past, so I was familiar with the Reformer, but Lagree kicks it up 10 notches! It's a challenging and effective workout that will leave muscles (that you didn't know you had) sore for days.

What a great workout! I'm sore in places I didn't even know I had muscles!! I had never done Pilates or anything like this before so I was a little intimidated by the machines at first but the teachers are really nice and explained it all. You can easily adjust the tension so anyone could do the workouts at any level from beginner to wowww!-super challenging! I'm definitely at the beginner level but after only two weeks I can already see (and feel!) myself getting stronger! Plus there's an infinite variety of movements you can do on the megaformer so it's something new and different everyday and you never get bored. The 45 minutes are done before you know it! And added bonus: my back hasn't hurt since I started doing it! It's awesome! Give it a shot!
