Want your back arms and legs to be taken care of after you workout?! This is the place to go! I receive massage, cupping, stretch therapy, and electronic stimulation! Clif is very knowledgeable and you not only learn but definitely feel better and ready to go workout again!

On one of my visits I was telling cliff about pain I had been having in my elbow, a sharp pain when doing certain movements. He checked it out and recommended the electrons plus treatment I thanked him and left. The pain did not go away like I thought it would, for six weeks it bothered me. Finally I decided to take his advice I came in and had the treatment, it’s been two full days and my elbow is close to 100%! I’m really happy and surprised at the difference and will go back for any ach or pain in the future. Cliff is a friendly guy who makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

Several of my daughters teammates go here so we thought we would give it a try. What a great place! Cliff goes above and beyond with these athletes. You can get in, get treated and feel immediate relief. I highly recommend for any athletes. Not just for injuries but also injury prevention. Their prices are very reasonable so weekly treatments are affordable. Ask for Cliff. #whynotbegreat

My daughter went to see Cliff after being in a cast for three and half weeks from a high ankle sprain. She had barely any range of motion and after one session she was at about 80% range of motion and felt great. He has magic hands and is a great communicator with the kids.

A big THANK YOU to Cliff. Had some tightness in my left shoulder to the point I could not lift it. After a session with Cliff had instant relief. Had pulled something in my shoulder from moving furniture. I could literally feel the knot as Cliff was working it out. I went from no mobility to 3 hours later throwing batting practice to my son. Appreciate it Cliff as I told you before YOU DA MAN!!!!

Let me tell you guys about Why Not Be Great ! I’m totally hooked on my Kinesiotherapy!!! Cliff is awesome. He has my body feeling recovered in only two sessions. This is great for your body whether you’re an athlete, regular sitter on a 9-5, Active gym goer etc. I definitely recommend you guys at least get the experience. I love it so much I became a member at the best deal! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Clifton Boudreaux, Personal Trainer (#WhyNotBeGreat) is the best trainer ever! He's very knowledgeable and kind. His workouts routines and resources are above and beyond my expectations.
I am a LUPUS Patient! My body is affected by Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), the most common form of lupus and is generally considered more serious. My Physician (Specialist) recommended/discussed exercising and I started working with Clifton Boudreaux. He proposed an exercise plan that is maximizing amazing results and is minimizing possible harm to my body.
From a physical standpoint, Clifton's personal training regimen has strengthen parts of my body that was affected by lupus - my heart, lungs, bones and joints. The regular exercise (simple low-impact movement) made my muscles less stiff, increase my range of motion and reduced my fatigue.The activities strengthen my bones and tone my muscles without aggravating inflammation
My training has caused reduced inflammation by regulating some of the chemicals involved in the inflammation process. I was able to control my weight gain caused by use of corticosteroid medications. I AM CURRENTLY NOT TAKING CORTICOSTEROIDS INJECTIONS AND MY STEROIDS USAGE HAS BEEN REDUCED!🏋️♀️🏋️♀️

Although I am under the weather today, I feel like I’m on top of the world! I first met and started working out with Clifton Boudreaux as my trainer a little over 10 months ago. Sixty-four and newly retired I hated my weight and appearance. I was flabby and at a disgusting weight of 205lbs. After months of dieting and working out on my own without noticeable progress, I decided to give Cliff a try after seeing weight loss in my friend who was a client of Cliff’s.
Well today I weighed in at 189.4! Training with Cliff has been THE BEST INVESTMENT IN ME that I have EVER made! He motivates me like no other trainer. Although the workouts are intense, Cliff’s positive affirmations and his desire to see you succeed made me want to push hard!
Now as I see my fat replaced with muscle I realized that investing in Cliff truly meant investing in me! So if you are looking to invest in you, Cliff and his colleagues will put you on a journey you will grow to love!
