The classes are fun and engaging. My 18 mo daughter seems to enjoy them. I do think it’s on the pricier side for toddlers when they mostly run around and do their own thing and the classes are short. It also would have been nice to get a t shirt or some type of goody welcome bag, etc when signing up.

It’s a good place to go when your kids are young to socialize but not learn any real skills. The director is very unprofessional. We had a nice experience until after a year with no progress nor did the staff make any attempt to move our daughter to the next age appropriate class after her birthday so we made the decision to take her out. After we were told by employees multiple times that everything was okay on our end for cancelling the membership but were still charged for 5 months. We the director refused to refund the entirety of the charges and said she cannot hold her college student staff responsible for not ensuring their cancellation paperwork was turned in appropriately and hung up on me. We will be taking our daughter somewhere else to learn real skills in the future

I had my daughter's birthday party here and it was so easy and smooth! There were several clear and detailed emails sent to me before the party of what to expect, what was needed of me, and information I needed to know. In addition, someone reached out to go over that information with me on the phone to ensure I understood.
I dropped my decorations off the day before the party. We arrived about 10 minutes before with cupcakes that still needed some decorations put on them and the staff was on top of it! The room was so cute with the decorations we brought and they were sure to ask not only if I liked it, but if my daughter did as well. They asked about food, when we would like things served, etc and kept thing moving along smoothly.
They had fun games for the kids to play and during the party they talked and joked around with kids. All the parents loved watching their littles have a good time.
If you aren't sure where to have your next party - this is the place!

I have had a difficult time finding a gym class for my kiddos and I'm so glad we found this place. Brooklyn is just a GEM, so so good with the kiddos, so helpful and this place is both personable and professional. So well organized and the instructors are just so sweet and patient. The activities led by instructors are interesting and fun for the children. They allow my daughter to gain skills to better her balance and body awareness. We are HUGE fans of the entire team at the Little Gym Arlington / Mansfield! We have been doing KinderMusic and / or gym since or son was 6 weeks old. At 2 1/2 he loves music, has learned SO much, was able to communicate with us from long before he had words because he learned sign language in class and we CONSTANTLY get compliments on how advanced he seems for his age - I attribute SO much of this to Kindergym / Music! I signed my daughter up online for the free class, however online there is no pricing for the classes at all. So I decided to stop by and find out. I was welcomed by a young lady with a smile then another lady "I didn't get her name" brunette came up I was asking questions about the classes. She was very short with me as if I was disturbing her. Then I asked if instead of me paying monthly, can I do quarterly.
I do not like auto drafts..she said no you can pay it in full by the year or every 4 weeks via auto draft.

They do not offer a refund if I move or relocate, all sales are final. So I can't pay by quarter but I can pay annually which I don't lik not does that make any sense but if that's there policy then that's there policy. However the young lady Sharing this info with me was soooo rude and disrespectful.

That alone turned me off from wanting my child at this place. Dissapointing!!

My daughter does not like to try new things from eating different food or dancing in a public area. Little Gym gives her the confidence to learn and show off her talents. She shocked many of us when she was brave enough to perform a dance routine at her school's talent show. I owe it all to the teachers. The party was a breeze. I showed up and the staff handled everything, they coordinated the kids activities and told me when would be a great photo op. Little Gym has been an amazing experience for my daughter. She has been with two different locations due to our move, over a year total. I have seen the progress that I wanted to see, she has fun, and the workers are SO nice and great with classes. She has been to cheer camps there as well besides her weekly classes. I was extremely excited to take my daughter to The Little Gym! I guess my expectation was something different... it started out with warm ups which was great as a class.. once it was time for the children to do the exercises, I felt completely out of place. My child had no idea what was going on (this being her first class EVER). I guess I expected a little more structure or guidance, it was obvious that all the other children were regulars and we were newbies.. I wish there was an intro class for All newbies. Other than that the teacher was great and friendly, all the staff was very friendly

If you are looking for a true gymnastics class, go somewhere else. My 4 yo spent most of her time waiting in a line to perform a skill only to be pushed out of the way by the more aggressive kids (mostly boys). The teacher was never watching or just didn't care. Most kids just did whatever they wanted. On one occasion, when it was my granddaughter's turn to practice the skill on the beam, as she stood up on the beam, her teacher walked away to talk to someone else. My granddaughter did what she was supposed to do, dismounted and got back in line. No one noticed. She was so excited when she mastered her cartwheel and when we asked to show one of the teachers she didn't even watch her do it and then said oh good job. She is now doing a one-handed cartwheel at her new facility. So happy we left.

This is the best worry free place to have a birthday party. We had our son's 2nd birthday party here. The staff was very friendly and not to mention we didn't have to do anything. They unloaded the car, set up decorations in the party room, cleaned up, served the food/ drinks, loaded gifts in the car. The kids had a great time here! I highly recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called up this past week and spoke to a girl named Ray. I was inquiring about the cost of the membership. Once I got the information I talked it over with my spouse who noticed that we could try a class out for free to even see how my 15 month old liked it. So we signed up. Well this morning my son was supposed to attend the free class and he was sick so I called to see if we can come next week. Ray answered the phone again and told me that we could and that they would just collect the annual fee and monthly fee next week. I was confused as we wanted to try it out before we committed and when I asked “what if my son doesn’t end up liking it” she then told me that it’s expected to sign up once we try it for free. This is crazy! I told her that if that was “expected” then they can cancel our spot because we didn’t want to commit to something we didn’t even know if my son would like. She told me fine and hung up.

To offer a trial and then have expectations of us paying you that day is crazy to me. Poor customer service. Definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this place.

My daughter loved coming here in the beginning when the class size was a little smaller and the instructor was able to manage her class. And the instructor Cha Cha is talented and amazing with the kids! This was a class of three to five year olds and my daughter was in the three year old age group. The attention span at this level is already incredibly small. But with a small group she did great and didn’t get lost in the group. This was February to June, once her class “graduated” I noticed the class sizes went from about 5-10 to 10-12 so much so that the instructor needed two assistants to help divide the groups and try to manage the bunch and there was no space for parents to sit and watch their kids practice. But even with the extra help In the gym, it was just too many little kids all at once trying to keep them focused, together and practicing. My daughter got lost in the crowd and just ended up doing her own thing. She started to lose interest in the class till she said made it clear she didn’t want to go back.

It was great when the classes were smaller, I’m hoping they go back to smaller classes.

To start off positive... We started about 4 or 5 wks ago. It’s a great prep class for gymnastics and learning the equipment they will use. The interaction my little one has with her peers has been wonderful too. The staff are always positive and nice.
My concern/ complaint is the main instructor spends the majority of the time with one particular mom. I wasn’t concerned by her partiality of this one parent compared to the rest of us in the group until it noticeably progressed each time. During class time (that all of us as parents pay for) they seem to utilize the majority of the time privately speaking with one another and even exchanging numbers at the last class. Each class we attended next seemed to have more free time than the last and more time for them to converse. I noticed less and less time is being invested into the children almost to the point I am ready to find another location.
Unfortunately I am not the only parent who feels this way...

We had our daughter's third birthday here and it was amazing! I showed up with decorations the day before and they had it decorated when we got there. I am so glad I enrolled my girls. The teachers here are so patient with kids. My little one has gained so much confidence in herself she is not shy to do anything in front of anyone in fear of disappointing. She comes up to me and says "Mom did you see that?" Instead of a "mom turn around or you can go to the store and come back when I am done." She used to cry over everything and she is very sensitive. Ms. Chacha told my daughter she is tough and strong. Well this weekend she fell on a whole bunch of spikes and said I'm not going to cry Ms. Chacha said I was very tough and strong. I was like what??? Looking forward into all this changes. This is definitely helping a lot. Ms. Erin is also a great teacher, all of them are. I encourage parents to enroll their kids and see the difference for themselves. You will not see it in one day or two. We as parents have to keep up at home and work as the teachers. This is not only helping my kids but me as well.

We LOVE all our teachers at the Little Gym. My wife started taking our son at 14 months, he wasn't walking yet, and we give huge credit to Miss Shelly in the little birds class for giving us the tools to help our boy explore and grow in confidence, and he was doing rolls, flips, and walking before we knew it! He is now 22 months and can do the sign for Little Gym and he loves going and seeing his friends and Miss Shara (sorry if I spelled her name wrong!). My little girl Nina loves it at the little gym so much and she does so well with the help from Ms.Shara and Ms.Rae. The Little Gym is a second home to our family. My daughter has attended since she was 6 months old and my son has attended since he was 10 months old. My daughter tells everyone it's her favorite place to go. They are clearly knowledgeable about what they do. It is evident that they have an intense training program. All of their instructors and staff members treat my children as their own. They hug and love on my children and make them feel truly special all while having fun and wearing them out! Our experiences with The Little Gym have been absolutely INCREDIBLE. In terms of promoting my child's development and happiness, I give The Little Gym an A+++.

My daughter is currently 16 months but has attended The Little Gym since 9 months. Each week the instructors provide balanced classes targeting her social, emotional, communication (verbal and sign language), and motor skills. Her confidence has soared and she has shown growth in her independence. It has been great fun watching her reach developmental milestones right in front of my eyes during class! She went from crawling and being a passive observer, to being fully-engaged, participating in the routines of class and trying new skills! She is now running, climbing, jumping, talking up a storm, and best of all laughing & having the time of her life (so fun to watch!).

As a parent, it is really difficult to always feel confident in the choices that we make for our children. My strategy has been to surround my child with positive people and provide her with as many fun experiences as I possibly can. The Little Gym really helps me reach both of these goals...plus - I have made some very special "mommy friends" as well!

The staff at The Little Gym - Arlington are my daughter's cheerleaders. I can honestly say they show so much enthusiasm and pride when my daughter tries something new that it is difficult to tell who is having more fun, my daughter or the staff.
