My child had a great experience at this location. I started taking her to this location based on all the positive reviews because we needed a safe space my child could grow and feel comfortable and be fully supported by the staff. This was the perfect spot for my child and gave me such relief. The staff is caring, friendly, empathetic and fully supportive of my child.

I really hate to cancel the membership but there is an age limit of 12 yrs and my child will be turning 13 years soon and will no longer meet the age requirement. In May 2025, I called and verbally cancelled the membership but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding that a form MUST be completed in order for cancellation to be effective. When the auto-payment hit, I immediately contacted the office for support and requested a refund.

The management maintained a friendly and supportive attitude and worked with me to resolve my billing concern and ensured that all my needs were met. I really appreciate how they listened and empathized and thanked me for addressing my concerns directly with the company so they could have the opportunity to respond and help me and resolve any issues, which they did in a timely manner.

I would definitely recommend The Little Gym of Fort Worth. We would stay at this location much longer if my child had not already reached the maximum age of 12 yrs. My child loved her instructors, enjoyed the classes and feels more confident and ready for new challenges because of the support she received from her instructors. We attended with our daughter for nearly a year, and she truly enjoyed being at this place.

The experience at this place was good at first. Ms. Briana is a dedicated person with a true vocation for working with children. Unfortunately, the experience has deteriorated over time.

Management exhibits a despotic attitude, and similarly, MS. GRACE appears to lack the patience and passion required for this profession. We sincerely suggest that she consider a different career path, one not involving kids.

Communication with the front office is harsh, but when you decide to transfer your child elsewhere, they don’t even bother to respond to emails. Their behavior becomes quite rude, revealing that their only motivation appears to be financial.

I would not recommend this place to a friend or acquaintance. You’re, of course, free to take the risk and form your own opinion—perhaps, in time, you’ll understand my perspective.

Unprofessionally managed. Our class was cancelled due to instructor leaving, the owners handled it very unprofessionally. Instead of filling the current class time with a new instructor, they completely canceled the class and gave two weekend choices which were during most children's naptime at our kids age. We tried to make it work, but the last straw came when I asked if I could pause the membership until my son was old enough for the next age level in 1.5 months. I was told it wasn't possible.

We loved our first instructor but this location is so unprofessionally managed. The attached is how the change was handled in the middle of our last 4 pm class. There were a number of ways to handle that with far more tact. Someone could have filled that time while they figured it out instead of just dropping that on us in the middle of class.

Considering this is how it was handled, I can maybe understand why instructor left abruptly.

Pretty annoyed with the company- We will be seeking out other gyms.

We signed a no commitment agreement and now they want us to pay for an additional month that we didn’t even sign up for.

The first day of my daughter’s class a coaches helper was making “love eyes” at my husband, (He also noticed it aswell, so I know I’m not just being over-reactive.) When she looked over at me and saw the very disdained look on my face she quickly looked away from him. - That in and of itself made this entire experience incredibly uncomfortable for myself given she acted pretty weird towards me for the next couple weeks of classes and did her best to avoid me BUT we paid for it and I wanted to give my kiddo the opportunity to see if she enjoyed it. - So I kinda set it aside and figured we would just roll out the month of lessons in which my husband decided not to attend out of awkwardness of the situation anyways…lol

Unfortunately to us even aside from the uhh ulterior motives that we felt from that one situation - I am also a coach, I believe in being so very over the top and animated when it comes to teaching the kids that I felt it just wasn’t quite up to par with the expectations I had hoped for.

We loved the main Coach, Coach Breanne - She’s great although I did feel the classes were to large for all the coaches to be able to give the kids that individual uplifting experience especially geared towards kiddos that have anxiety or are shy. - It would be nice to see coaches encouraging them to try and make friends with the other kiddos.

Another issue is the form of punishment when other students begin to bully there’s just not really any repercussions there and I think it is because there’s so many kids in the classes that they can’t easily keep eyes on what’s actually happening or being said in the groups of kids. - I’m not saying punish peoples kids but more so - Don’t allow kids to bully other kids.

After the 1st week of my kiddos classes we had already decided that she wouldn’t be returning to this particular gym after the classes were up for the month.

When they tried to run my card for an additional month I told them that we would be seeking out alternative gyms and that we did not need another month as we signed a no commitment plan - I honestly tried to just make it as easy a transition out because I’m incredibly bad at confrontation and clearly didn’t want to be like hey, I don’t like this staff member flirting with my husband or they way they teach because that’s just a really uncomfortable thing to try and even approach.

So I inform them we won’t be paying for an extra month and then they start trying to hit me with alll kinds of hidden fees- Even though we signed a no commitment agreement they want us to pay for an additional month that we won’t even be attending.

The initial $40 “one time” fee for the no commitment contract is actually to be paid everytime if you’re not on a recurring schedule with them. - I said that’s fine - If we sign up for another month I’ll gladly pay that fee again - They tell me now that it’s past due and I need to pay even though we still
Will not be attending and did not sign up for another month of classes.

I refuse to pay for something we won’t use and didn’t agree to so they tell me that there will now be an Additional $50 no pay no play charge added. - Then they continue to tell me I owe them an additional $108 for classes I’ve not even signed up for or used.

Mind you I’ve been in contact with them this whole time and they didn’t have any issues UNTIL I said I won’t be back so THEN they brought a cancellation sheet to me that was pretty bogus on everything I had originally agreed to so I let them know on there aswell that I would not be paying for something we didn’t sign up for or overuse.

I’m bummed - It’s weird - It’s uncomfortable - and we won’t be paying for services we didn’t use or agree to.

It was to much of an unreal situation for me to want to go back again or to feel comfortable having someone teach my child that clearly has no actual respect for her.

This review is for the summer camp. We have attended several great birthday parties here with wonderful instructors, but unfortunately the summer camp was not the same. The check in process was outside the facility in the Texas heat and we were not checked in until 15 minutes after camp start. They sent no email information beforehand about what to pack for the kids. I received a call 45 minutes into camp that my daughter fell and had a nose bleed and needed a change of clothes before she could go back to camp. I am working while the kids are at camp and cannot get away. It would have been helpful to either inform the parents to bring an extra change of clothes or provide a shirt at the facility. I am so disappointed by the lack of organization and planning at this facility.

Our son (3 yrs old) loves going to the Little Gym. The teachers are great and he has such a good time. He’s finally getting used to the different moves and techniques and we find him practicing at home by himself. Whenever we mention going - he gets super excited. Well worth the money, not just to get him something to do, but for him to learn some skills and valuable interactions with other kiddos.

My granddaughter is so excited about going to class every week. She is really evolving and has a lot more confidence. Thanks to all the ladies and their amazing patience and skills. Kudos to Miss Crystal who on the second visit saw that my granddaughter didn't want to join class picked her up, whispered something in her ear, took her by the hand and lead her to class. Ever since then she's been loving it!

UPDATE: My grandaughter, her cousins and friends had the most amazing time at her birthday party! Breana is a godsend! She stayed in touch with me through texts, emails and phone calls all the way up until the day of the party. She was very patient and explained everything in detail. The two hostesses and one host did a phenomenal job with the children and table setup. We didn't have to do anything but provide the cake and ordered pizza from Marco's ...they delivered. The Little Gym is definitely the place to have your child's next birthday party.

Instructors are really good, however this location has horrible customer service, poor/confusing business practices and sub-par management. Will not be attending any longer, recommend they update their operations and customer service.

Read several other similar complaints after the fact, but should have read them first. That is my failure, and I will ensure to be more diligent in the future.

We signed up, was told the first class would be free, so we paid the amount for a month and found out we would not be able to go and called back less than 24hrs later to cancel the classes and refused to refund our money. So they not only lied to us, but stole our money. They told us we can just "schedule classes we paid for anytime" even though we didn't even fill out any paperwork! Would not do business with a place like this ever.

We’re moving out of the state and I am so, so sad to be leaving this Little Gym location. Ms. Wendy and Ms. Marissa are INCREDIBLE. I threw my oldest sons 2nd birthday party here in 2015 and I was a little upset that my family was set in the back room. I was expecting to be in the the room with the TV and microwave to warm up our food. But I realized how much fun my son had just running around in there and for a roudy new 2 year old the workers kept him busy and had age appropriate things for him to do that he enjoyed.

Sooooo.....I decided to throw my 1 year old a party there 6 months later and he also loved it. It was so much fun even though it was only my kids and one other child that attended the party but we had the WHOLE gym to ourselves ....I think it was pretty awesome especially keeping a 1 and 2 year old occupied for so long. A little pricey...especially for the extra 30 mins. but worth every hard earned penny!!!!

This is literally the best place ever! My 5 year absolutely loves this place. The staff is awesome, and we love Nick! He’s so great with the kids. This is perfect for the younger age group, and is basically like fun excercise/playtime/fun drills for kids in a safe environment. I’m sad we didn’t know about this place sooner. I had a horrible experience! I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled class to have enough time to ask questions, sign waver/paperwork and get to know the staff. This was my sons very first experience at the little gym and was very excited that did not last at all because we were never welcomed at the gym. We were not acknowledged at all people were walking back and fourth and we had no idea or guidance what to expect or what to do. So class started without us and the instructor kept staring at us we decided to be professionals and simply walk out the gym. This is simply unacceptable, rude and very disrespectful. I am very disappointed! I will never come back nor recommend this place! Stay away from this place!

We just had my son's 1st birthday party here and OMG! We had such a blast. We never felt rushed and the girls that were in charge of the party were amazing!! They took care of EVERYTHING! and a 23 week prego mama like me with a 1 year old appreciates all the help she can get ;).We will definitely be back again my baby had so much fun. We used to attend this location for over a year and then began to have issues with the manager/class instructor (Ms. Tish). She would single out and ignore my son's needs and even rejected him mid-class to the point he was in tears. When I brought the issue up with the owner after having the management treat me like I was ridiculous, she also didn't want to hear my concerns and offered no solution, not even an apology so we dropped out. It became clear that this owner/management just wants your money and to do the absolute minimum for you and your child so we went to a different location and it has been a night and day difference!

My daughter loves going to the Little Gym. She is 14 months and has been going for about two weeks now. I really enjoyed hanging out with my daughter at the Little Gym. The instructor is very nice and you really get a warm feeling from her. I have already seen some development in my daughter locomotor skills and since she is like the only child she gets along well with the other children as well. I am very pleased with the Little Gym and plan on continuing...The price is very reasonable.....

The little gym of Fort Worth has the best staff I have ever encountered with childcare and child development. My son has grown a lot from the activities he has learned at the little gym. They start at the age of four months and go to the age of 12 years old. They offer karate classes dance classes and of course gymnastics. What a great place for our kids to go learn self esteem, motor skills, interaction with instructors, and with other kids their age. The Little Gym is a very kid and parent friendly place for all to be involved with the development of the kids. I have to say Brette is a very hands on, and a caring owner not just of the kids here, but the instructors on the team as well. Miss Tish is one of the best here. She has been an instuctor there, as well as one of the Gym Directors there for 12 plus years. Kids development from early age is her passion. I look forward to taking my grandchildren to The Little Gym in South Fort Worth and espeacially hope Miss Tish is still instructing there. :-)

My Grandchildren love The Little Gym. All three of them benefited from the classes. They have been involved in almost every program from gymnastics, to dance, to sports development, to karate and each of the classes have been wonderful experiences. Gymnastic performances at TCU during half-time basketball games gives the kids the desire for further development and reward in public exhibition. These classes are a great gift for any grandparent to extend the talents of their grandchildren.
