My son has been going here for years for parents night out and he loves it. He asks all the time when will he get to go next even after all these years, he’s still so excited to get to go. Great staff who love playing with the kids.

The instructor and assistant were SO nice. They made us feel very included, even with it being our first time. They dont make you feel pressured to sign up but do talk over the importance of the classes and how beneficial they can be for your little ones. The gym looked to be super clean as well. I love how it was structured but they also allowed the kids to be kids and wonder around as well. We are planning on signing my son up this coming week to make it a weekly thing for him. He was stand offish but I imagine it's due to it being a tad overwhelming as he has never been to daycare or around so many kids at once. Love love LOVE the little gym!

Kiddo got a HORRIBLE case of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease after a birthday party here. Facility needs better cleaning/sanitising process. Will never step foot in here again. Especially if they’re going to enforce (which they do) their “no socks, no shoes” rule.

Amazing experience here!! We had my 3 year olds birthday party at this location and it was incredible. So easy and stress free. The staff were so wonderful and kind, and the kids had the best time ever. We chose the themed birthday bash and had a superhero party. The decor they provided was adorable and it made it so easy for me not having to worry about it. I highly recommend having your kiddos birthday party here!!

We have been going to Little Gym for a while now since my son was 2 and he loves his gymnastics class. 🤸🏼‍♂️
We had his 3rd birthday party here on Saturday and it was the best birthday party! We had three gymnastics teachers helping us and they were the absolute best! They were so helpful and took so much stress off of me by helping the kids in the gym, serving the food, cutting and passing out the cake, and keeping the party on a schedule. We had so much fun and it was the best birthday party ever! 🎈🎂

Both of my girls love The Little Gym! My older daughter started at 3 years old and was basically afraid of other kids post lockdown, and she has developed so much socially in the last year and a half, not to mention all the fun new skills she has learned! I signed my younger daughter up right at 4 months and have really enjoyed attending classes with her as well. Both girls love their instructors and friends!

I love Little Gym! My daughter has been coming for a little over a year now and has gained so much confidence and strength. She has learned trust, sign language, discipline, fun, and great foundation for gymnastics. She looks forward to it every week. The instructors John and Brittni are her faves and have been nothing but patient with our daughter. And Stephanie at the desk is always kind and understanding. Love the Little Gym-Friendswood! Have been attending this location for 4 years now and had great experiences. My son is 4 and always loved the fun activities and energy in the classes. Would give zero stars if possible. I am extremely disappointed with how my son was treated yesterday by his teacher. I signed my 3 year old son up a few weeks ago and he loved the class. He's been having a hard time fitting in with the other kids because he was the only boy in the class and he has never been in a class type setting. He's a kid and gets loud when he's excited. Yesterday I watched as he and a few of the girls yelled back and forth at one another "MY TURN". While I understand she has to "correct" them she had no right to do what she did. The teacher was visibilly annoyed by him and went up to my son and grabbed him by the arm and walked him across to the other side. This made me FURIOUS. She sees me watching and completely changes her demeanor. My son was singled out every single class simply for being loud and energetic. There was a girl there that was mean to him and would tell him he couldn't be where she was so my son would get upset and yell stuff like "we're supposed to take turns" or "it's my turn"... and it never failed. Instead of asking what happened or what's wrong she (the teacher) scolded him. He's only three years old, he doesn't know how to regulate his emotions. My son loved his classes and looked forward to them every week, but I will not be taking him back after what I saw. I refuse to pay another cent just for them to treat him poorly. I emailed yesterday about this incident and I still have not heard back.

Other reasons why we decided to cancel:

- They are not very flexible. If kid gets sick less than 24 hours before your class they won't let you make up the class. Which sucks because kids don’t get sick on a schedule and we can’t know 24 hours before to be able to plan accordingly.
- There is only one teacher, so she can't really focus on each kid enough for them to retain much.
- Not much communication from the people working there as far as their policies and stuff like that.
- place is also dealing with a roach issue. We've seen roaches in the restroom the past few visits.

This little gym was amazing! My daughter needed something to get her energy out and this definitely helped. The gym was always clean and they worked on different skills each week. There was a good mixture of play and gymnastics which is great for little busy minds. The instructors there were great and my daughter always had a blast

I have two great grandkids that go to the Little gym. They love it and we could not be any happier. They have programs set up for their ages. We love to go watch them. We are planning to have our great grandson have his 2 year old party. Other parties we have gone to are so much fun for them. We love to watch them. The instructors are great. Little Gym is such a fun little place for the littles! My 18 month old and I really enjoy the gym. She gets to socialize and play. She blossoms with every visit! The teachers and owner are so nice. Siblings are not allowed, and this may be an issue for people without childcare. You must also give 24 hour notice for any cancellations.

Enjoyed the class until the end. Started and stopped going there twice due to trying other actives.
The first time I canceled, it was like pulling teeth due to them charging my card every month. Even with doing their policy of informing them as well as writing a letter to cancel out 30 day notice. We also had make up classes we never made up.
Second time, I informed them that I was not going to put my card on file and I would pay via online. Which I did for over 6 months. Faithfully.
Now, this time around. I hadn't renewed and when they called me to tell me i had a payment due. I started inquiring about the make up classes and canceling out, due to again wanting to do other activities.
Was told that this Sunday 10/16/22 would be the last paid class or his last day that would be paid for. Told them that was fine as well as inquiring about the 2 makeup days again, we still had never used.
Told us that we can't do the make up days because we needed to pay for another month to get those....so pay for something that's already been paid for? That makes total since. So I said fine Sunday will be his last day.
Husband takes him as normal and guess what, he had to pay for that class. Now saying that last weekend 10/9/22 was the last class (they called me on 10/11/22 about the payment and canceling, as well as the last paid class being 10/16/22.) So guess what they made us pay for today as a single class. Until I called and they said they would refund the $25 my husband paid for.

Ridiculous and sneaky.

Like this program. Don't like how they handle their business side.

Let the kids play but watch your wallet is the best advise I have to give.

My 19 month old loves the class and the instructor. Only reason I give three stars is because they could’ve done a better job at explaining their missed class policy.

We missed due to my toddler waking up sick and they refused to work with us because we didn’t call the day before to let them know we were missing class (which was impossible because she was fine the day before).

This wasn’t clearly explained to us beforehand. I thought we needed to let them know 24 hours before scheduling a new class, not 24 hours before a missed class.

I've watched my shy 2yo blossom. Ms. Trisha is wonderful with her students and helps parents take home bits of teaching advise as well. Not only is it physical practice, but also colors, numbers and letters. My son loves it!

We absolutely love The Little Gym in Friendswood! We've been members since Feb. 2019 and are super happy with them. Our kiddo has developed skills and gained confidence to explore the world. The teaching curriculum is direct and clear; it's engaging for the kids and parents. The owner and staff obviously put their heart into the gym and make every effort to make the kids time there valuable.

Just had our first class here this morning & I’m completely in love.
My son is typically very shy at new places & this was the first place where he walked right in like he had been there a thousand times.
We had the door opened for us & greeted with a very warm welcome.
The whole atmosphere is fun & exciting.
The class sizes were perfect & the teachers were even better!

We have been going to The Little Gym for 1.5 years. We absolutely loved the previous owner, Ms. Carli who was flexible with working parents and great with our fearless daughter.

We decided to continue with the Little Gym after it was purchased over the summer and had a new owner. The new owner is not flexible with working parents and does not have the same energy the previous owner did in keeping up with toddler classes. In order to participate in classes you must purchase the membership in addition to the classes and almost all member events are during the day which doesn't allow anyone with a 9-5 job time to take advantage of those activities.

We are sad to be leaving The Little Gym as it was a place our daughter loved for so long.

The teachers are very friendly and understanding, especially when the kids are having a bit of a bad day. The curriculum in the "Beasts" classes encourage the children to try new things, build strength, and to fall down with grace. My 21 month old loves the Little Gym. I would love it too if it were not so pricey ($20/class that includes 3 hr free time on Fridays.) He gets to run, play, and explore without any fear of danger. Tumbling is encouraged. The lessons are fun for him but if he is more interested in doing his own thing that is perfectly okay. The teachers are energetic and gentle. It's also an opportunity for my son to socialize with his peers in a small and safe zone where each child is heavily monitored. Idk if it is really worth the $ but for right now it is working for us and we will continue to go until it doesn't.

I don't see the justification for how much they charge. It seems like the selected few go here. AKA SNOBS!
I saw the other good reviews for this place, but for infants this place doesn't do much other than a massage for kids. When I went for a intro class, all she did was do this stretch and move the kids this way and that. The teacher kept saying go explore buggies every 5 minutes and took 10 minute breaks. If you youtube indian baby massages, that's pretty much all they do. I would probably go to a musical class over this for infants ie Gymboree, kindermusik,etc.

Maybe for kids 2 years and older this might be good, but for infants it's a money waster.
