As a stay-at-home mom, The Little Gym has been such a great outlet for both me and my daughter. It’s given her a chance to make friends with other kids, get used to being in a group setting, and start following directions from an instructor; which I think will really help her transition into school soon.

They’re also super flexible with rescheduling/canceling/makeup classes, which is really great when schedules inevitably get unpredictable at times. I’m so glad we have a place like this on the west side of Houston—it’s been a great resource for families in this area!

I love this place. I brought my little sister here and she was able to develop much of her social, fine and motor skills. She had an amazing time here. The coaches were wonderful and the customer service was very helpful on anything that i needed. I would definitely recommend.

I came here with my neighbor as they bring their little boy here and I was impressed when the staff and the facility here. There is a little cupboard space in the corner for the kids to put their shoes and water bottle. There are plenty of seats for the guardians to watch the kids, there is also a back area for the little sibling to play at. The staff know the kids name and the parents name of course. If I ever have children I would bring them here too. I can see that it is more than just playing in a safe environment as the kids learn to listen to adults and play with other kids carefully.

I was going to enroll my son in this place but wanted to voice a concern I had with how many exposed metal beams they had. He had tripped and almost went head first into a metal beam but I caught him. I was still going to enroll as I was speaking to the girl who worked there when the owner rushed out of the office and asked me what the issue was. When I told her she said “I think this is too much for you and maybe it’s not the right place for you”. She was very rude and snobbish it was completely unnecessary. For someone who owns a business that deals with children she does not know how to deal with concerned parents or constructive criticism. I was simply seeking reassurance on the safety of the location, and suggesting a safety measure that could help parents feel much safer, instead she got defensive and told me to go elsewhere.
This place is definitely not safe for toddlers who are just learning how to walk. I visited other gyms that have all their metal beams wrapped with padded mats. Try KIDSTRONG, they have great customer service and are very involved with the children.

We recently held my son's birthday party here, and it could not have gone better. The ladies who were working on the date of his birthday party, 3/2/24 were so helpful in setting up the table prior to our arrival, and made everything look better than I would have! They were attentive, friendly, and professional. The Little Gym was spotless, and all the parents and kiddos were happy. We will definitely have more birthday parties here.

We love The Little Gym Memorial! Ms. Catherine is our teacher and she is fantastic. My little one is toddler age and so enjoys our weekly sessions, he’s learning so much and amazes me with his new skills and abilities.
The gym is bright and spacious as well very clean and well maintained. The ladies at TLG are diligent with cleaning between classes and encouraging hand sanitizer use which is so important these days!

I urge you to call them right now. You will not get an answer I promise you. You will need to call back several times. The Hispanic woman leading the little beast class on 8/13 at 8:40 AM was cold and unwelcoming. Do not waste your money to have your child ignored and overlooked. Go to another establishment, your child would be better off at a foam park for toddlers.

I found this gym through an online internet search. They offer a $20 introductory class to those who are interested in learning more about the gym and possibly becoming a member. My daughter is 5 and there were about 6 girls total in this particular class and 3 instructors (high schoolers who work there). They do spray everything down but not really thoroughly.
The class is an hour long and they perform different activities. Since there were 3 instructors and 6 kids it would've been productive for each instructor to take on 2 kids each and give those 2 kids undivided attention, however that was not the case. One girl barely interacted with the girls instead I saw her several times checking her watch like she couldn't wait for the class to be over. The instructor would show the kids what to do one time and expect 6/7 year Olds to remember it. At times I would see my daughter just standing there unsure of what to do and the girls who work there are just standing there. No encouragement or lack thereof. Little support and minimal engagement. Towards the end they did seem to be more engaged with the kids. My daughter seemed to have fun and that's all that matters. However I don't think I would enroll my child here due to the girls working there who seemed very uninterested at even being there.

I was highly disappointed with the lack of communication, knowledge, and organization of your staff for my son's birthday party on April 13th, 2019.

I came into your location on January 3rd, 2019 to book this party and pay the deposit. No one contacted me until Thursday April 11th to arrange the final details, when I was promised a week prior. I almost missed the cutoff for the pizza order. I called the gym all week prior and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Apparently, the employee that initiated the contract wrote down the wrong number. No one thought to send an email to the email address on file, since the couldn't get in contact via phone.

We arrived at 3:14pm to set up for our 3:30pm party. The previous party was still packing up and the staff was still cleaning up for our party, which cut into our set up/party time by 15 minutes. We were not compensated for our lost time and rushed our for the next party, which was able to set up/start on time.

When I asked to close my tab. An incompetent staff member tried to over charge me and could not explain why. She refused to make eye contact or answer my questions, starring down at the computer screen.

The gym was very clean and the entertainment for the kids was fantastic. However, I was not pleased with the lack of communication leading up to the party and mostly losing 15 minutes on a party that was only 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Definitely be a selection for gymnastics of your little one. Great trainers to keep you motivated. A lot of different time to select your suitable schedule. Open gym on Thursday is welcoming. Price is a bit high. Class duration is only 45 mins whereas in other locations they do a solid 1hr.

THE Little Gym has been an amazing experience for my daughter, she has been learning with caring and polite teachers that always push her in a positive way to try her very best. The environment is always very welcoming and family oriented. Ms Gigi always make a point to make each one of the students welcome. Ms Kim is always joking and encouraging the children. This is a safe and positive experience for any child. I would highly recommend it to any family.

This place is absolutely amazing for children! My daughter Annabel loves it and I don't know where I would be without my little gym of Memorial! All the teachers are fantastic and what I like most of all is that they are different from one another in their techniques. You can tell they enjoy being there and helping the kids. There is always a good laugh! As long as my girl enjoys gymnastics, we will be here every step of the way!
