Hi there i love the little gym and have been going for a while now. I do have a complaint about one of the coaches. Mr. Luis. He’s a good coach but he never seems consistent at his job. He’s there but he’s always gone and when i ask where he is because my kids look for him when we get there, he’s out of town AGAIN on vacation. It’s a God send that Miss Lauren is there but as a main coach he should be there. Miss Lauren is there always with a smile on her face and doing what she can and we can’t thank her enough. Just some criticism if someone is going to be the main coach please make sure they are there we understand things happen but an all the time thing is just outrageous especially when we go just for the coach.

We couldn’t be happier with The Little Gym Woodlands. I don’t know about other locations but this one is amazing. We’ve tried Tiny Tots Juijitsu, Kid Strong, ASI gymnastics and have continued to come back to The Little Gym. Every director and instructor is incredibly nice and CHILL. We love that we can bring baby brother until he’s old enough for his own class. Mom and dad can both be in the class, it’s just really relaxed and they never force your kid to follow in line like the other places we’ve tried. We love this place and will continue to suggest it to friends!!

My baby attended The Little Gym from 6 months to 1 year old, and it was great! The location is convenient, teachers are wonderful, and the program is well-designed. Sabrina, my baby’s first teacher, was amazing. We only had to stop because we moved to a new city, but we really didn’t want to leave because of The Little Gym!

My 11 month old daughter has been attending classes for about two months now. Prior to starting our membership we tried out two other gyms. What made my little gym stand out from the rest was Sabrina the instructor. My daughter and me immediately fell in love with her enthusiasm and love she has for all the littles in her class. We are very happy with our choice. We also have two boys that aren’t enrolled and they treat them very nicely and have coloring pages, Lego’s etc to pass the time. I highly recommend.

We’ve been going to the little gym for about a year now since my son was a bit over two and now is a bit over three years old.
When we started the child independent classes (3 year old+) we felt very discouraged. Progress was slow, our son didn’t want to be apart from us and we felt teachers did little to help. At one point he finally started socializing and the teacher reprimanded him for “not paying attention” (and after we had finally seen some process!!). We were about to cancel our subscription when we then saw the class lead changed to Mr Luis.
Mr Luis leads his class with kindness! He is not only an actually incredibly skilled athlete but can also connect with children, helping them feel involved and guiding them through activities. He also speaks Spanish and English which was a huge plus for us. Mr Luis is incredible - we have seen such a change in our son, his confidence, and his ability to follow directions and participate in class.
Mr Luis is a treasure. Thank you Mr Luis!!!!

My daughter has always been very shy and reserved, but I have watched her grow with each program we have done at The Little Gym of The Woodlands. I can definitely say Mr. Luis’ Pre-K class has made her blossom! She looks forward to her classes each week and loves coming to open gym to play!

My toddler is going to the little gym for a few months now and since she started going I have seen a huge improvement in her walking and physical activities. ALL the staff and instructors are super friendly and nice to the kids and parents and everyday they have a new activity for them- I also have seen some of the activities they had for the older kids when they were on the spring break camp and I was so impressed with how they kept them busy and how happy the kids were to be there- we take my daughter almost every day for the open gym which is included if you have a monthly membership and every single day she is excited to be there!
Highly recommend this place.

I enrolled my daughter December of 2024 during their open house with Mrs.Rachel! Since she has started she has learned a ton of new skills that have helped her grow and safely do different things at home. She absolutely loves going every Sunday. Would 100% recommend for everyone, they have multiple different activities they do each month!

I wish I could give TLG The Woodlands 10 stars!
My daughter started with The Little Gym a couple of months ago, and while she moves so much at home, she had definitely been a little more reserved when we were out and about. She has gained *so* much confidence in such a short amount of time. The teachers are very fun and engaging and absolutely understand that not every kiddo is always as outgoing as the next, but they still manage to encourage and cheer each one on individually. I'm so grateful to have a place my daughter LOVES that is safe and caring where she can find her bravery to try new things. I can't wait to see how she continues to grow six months or a year from now. Thank you, TLG TWTX!!

Awful place to do business with actually. I had prepaid for summer camps a little over a year ago. Many were cancelled due to only my daughter or only 1 other child registered. I was told they’d prepaid camps would be “on file,” I was NOT told there was a time limit to use them. I WAS told I couldn’t have a refund because I prepaid. Summer camps are ONLY during the summer! I was looking to see how many I’d be able to get this summer and was informed my previous “credits” had expired.

We've been coming here for several months, and absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and the teachers do such a great job of encouraging littles to try something new, without pushing them to do something they're uncomfortable with. The structure of the Beasts class is wonderful, with group activities mixes with free time. The grandparents also love coming to watch or be involved. I wish we had started last year.

I enrolled my child back in November as an infant and we absolutely loved it up until recently. We had just moved to the area so we didn't know anyone. This was a great way for my child and I to get out of the house once a week, make friends and she improve some skills. I recommend TLG to everyone and anyone that would listen, posted about it in mom groups and shared our own experience almost monthly on my own social media.
Now that the previous director, Ms. Brittany, is no longer with the company it's changed. And not for the good. Staff turnover is terrible, there's a new face every week and children need routine. The directors brought in from other locations are constantly in a hurry. They sing the songs at a super fast pace that the children can't keep up with, they expect babies and toddlers to sit and listen for an extended warm up when they're in the exploring stage, and all the little bonus fun things Ms Brittany and previous staff did to grab the children's attention is gone.
And don't get me started with the owner. The few times I've seen her actually in the building she doesn't greet family memebers, she was constantly giving the stink eye to people and when my daughter fell, hitting her head on the window and busted her lip (my daughter's fault, not TLG) she just sat at the desk with no care given while staff all rushed to help.
From 5, raving stars to wishing I could give negative stars. Save your money and go elsewhere. The owners own multiple Little Gyms in the area, so switching to a new one isn't an option.

Until a few months ago, the gym was fun for my child. We have been coming to this gym for about a year (since my toddler was an infant). We decided to leave for two reasons: 1. Management changed and they are not pleasant. They also fired their best instructor, Brittany. 2. My son is starting school so, time is limited. I verbally, in person, canceled with the director of this location, Caitlin or Kaylynn, in June. She told me it was all set and my last payment would be July 13th. They require 1 additional payment after cancellation - that’s fine. Now, the OWNER, Nicole is telling me I should have filled out a form to cancel and they will not honor the verbal cancellation from 2 months ago and are going to charge me again. I was NEVER told I needed to fill out a cancellation form. This form could have been provided in person while I was there in person cancelling! This is not acceptable. I personally know other parents who have left for the same #1 reason as me. Don’t waste your time, energy or money on this place. There are plenty of other well run businesses in the same field with a sense of customer service. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with the customer service from the owner of this company (who by the way looked like she hasn’t even showered in a week). This experience did not need to end this way. It’s really a shame.

Worst gymnastics ever. I wasted my 600$ and 6 months. Don’t go ever. There are many great gymnastic centres at The Woodlands area. Please don’t waste your money.
The instructors simply kill one hour with kids. I didn’t see any effort by organisation team. Moreover, they keep on changing their staffs every week. And instead of teaching lead coach will be teaching the assistant coach.
I regret I chose this gymnastic centre for my daughter. I was very new to the Country. I didn’t know much place and people around. Anyways, I can’t get the time back but I would like to suggest other parents not to enroll their kids here!

I don’t like to give a negative review. Our experience with the classes was overall fine and we enjoyed going to the little gym. Hence 2 stars and not 1.
However, our experience with management, staff and how they treat customers was beyond disappointing.
After being told by their employees (on different occasions) what their policy was, I was suddenly informed it changed. They refused to honor what was communicated to me prior the change. I made my decision about my membership and timing of it based off of their information. I told them up front the situation I wanted to avoid… and ultimately that’s where we ended up due to their inability to care more about their customers vs. policy.
I tried to find multiple solutions, explain the hardship this caused, and there was not a single attempt to rectify the situation on their part. I asked for follow ups and was promised call backs and received none. I have no choice but to cancel our membership. I do not want to be affiliated with or recommend a place that cares more about their policy than their customers. Extremely disappointing since we would have continued going.

Unfortunately, our experience with this establishment was far less than ideal. The actual gym part was fine, for our baby. We went a handful of times between January and February. However, we kinda figured she was too small and uncoordinated for it to be viable, for her, at her present age. When this became a cluster, was trying to leave the gym and not get charged. My wife called at the end of February to cancel our “membership,” was told that it would be handled and not to worry about it. My mistake for not checking our credit card statement and noticing that March and April were charged to our card as well. Confusing. So I call and get ahold of Kayla…I tell her my wife called etc etc. We are not using this place anymore and l’d no longer like to be charged. “Can’t you see we haven’t been in 8 weeks….Can you refund us the money?” She explained that she did see we haven’t been in a while, but now she will make sure the cancellation goes through. The money “can’t be refunded”, but she will talk to the manager and see what she can do. While she figures out that, she will give us 8 credits for visits, because they’ve been “paid for”. And states that she “will make notes the system, so everything is there, including the 8 visits” I ask her if there is anything else I need to do, to no longer get charged. “No sir you’re all set. I’ll make sure to call you Tuesday of next week and let you know what my manager says about the refund.” No call…unfortunately. Then May comes and WE GET CHARGED AGAIN. I CALL AGAIN. Why are we being charged. I need to make sure we are no longer being charged and this time you can refund the money cause this is unacceptable. Told that the “notes have been placed in the system and you will receive your refund, payment method is fully removed from the system. It will be 3-4 business days” I call a few days ago to follow up and apparently talk to the owner…she said there are no notes in the system and apparently this whole time I’ve needed a cancellation form. Which none of her employees mentioned the 3 prior times I’ve tried to cancel. It’s obviously a quick ploy to get easy money. Super dissatisfied with this place. No thanks on any free visits. In it’s entirety, the integrity of the staff is largely at question. I don’t know if continued membership ties into the pay structure for bonuses, but something causes these people not to mention a cancellation form. Sure it’s “right there in the email,” but lying is not. Also, when asked for them to pull up the recorded phone calls for confirmation, they are apparently now “not recorded.” Don’t lie to customers to save face.

Our family had an overall positive experience with the Little Gym of the Woodlands. However, their handling of our membership cancellation process was unsatisfactory and highlighted a concerning prioritization of corporate policies over customer satisfaction.
On January 23rd at 6:53 pm, I called the location and spoke with a team member, who informed me that we would pay for February, after which our accounts would be closed. However, they failed to mention the required cancellation form. We were later charged for an additional month because of this lack of info, and the manager was not able to do anything because of policy
We hope that The Little Gym will not only address the lack of a self-service cancellation option on their website but also reevaluate their policies and corporate culture to prioritize customer experience and rectify genuine mistakes. Doing so would go a long way in rebuilding trust and fostering positive relationships with families.

I definitely recommend the Little Gym. I have been coming for over 2 years and the experience and growth my son has had has been awesome. Brittany and her team have been amazing with the classes and crafty classes as well, I even threw a party for my son and they made the process easy simple and fun for everyone. If you are looking for a friendly environment for you and your kid or kiddos to let them explore in gymnastics for toddlers this is definitely the place.

We’re both looking forward to our our weekly gym session. My little man started when he couldn’t even walk and is now running all over the gym, learning so many new things each time we go. What I love the most is that they also focus on sign language, ABC’s, Numbers, and most importantly FUN! There’s a lot of extra events like weekly story time, dances, competitions, arts&crafts. It’s not only for the little ones, it’s also an awesome environment to socialize with other moms, they all have little ones similar to yours. The Teachers are truly amazing, they don’t even know how much their happiness makes an impact on our days. Sometimes I’m beat up from a busy week feeling exhausted and tired or my little man is having a rough morning, when we leave we both are happy and energized. The most impressive thing about the Teachers is that literally EVERY Teacher remembers each kids name, you walk in and will be greeted with a smile and your child’s name and you instantly feel welcomed. I def recommend to everyone!

The little gym has been such a treat for my son. I'm a new mom, so finding a place where we felt comfortable and safe was anxiety inducing. We've been going for two months now and so far I'm loving it! Getting out of the house with my LO and talking to other mom's has been such a relief. The classes are nicely structured with exercises to help my baby reach milestones and just great bonding time with other babies and moms. The main instructor (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name) is kind and energetic. She somehow remembers all the babies names, it's amazing. P.S. They offer a free introductory class :D

It’s sad that Mrs.Meredith left. I been taking my 19 month old here since she was 10 months. I loved it and she loved it. I just went in to cancel my membership, because scheduling conflicts and that was really unfortunate. The lady that took my cancellation form was really nice. I later came back to input information I was missing and Kayla was really rude, she snatched the paper from the table and didn’t even look at me once, her tone was dismissive. She was signing someone up and her attitude with that person was completely different. (mind you she is the lady that took over the birds class and I thought she was nice then but I guess that’s only when you are signing up) never had this attitude in here, everyone is really nice. It can use a little cleaning of the equipment but it was good. I was actually hoping to sign my baby up once they had a Saturday available, but not a chance anymore- rather drive 45 minutes to the next one.

I had a 3 year old at this location for a year. The learning was adequate, but somewhat chaotic. Based on this I would have rated a 4 star. However when canceling the membership I was told this had to be done in person. Being able to perform this function should be available. They should cater to the parents and not try to force an already busy schedule.

Probably the worst baby class I’ve ever taken my LO to. Not only did the place smell like mold (think dirty socks) but the class itself was so dry and boring - the instructor was nice but low energy and never really welcomed us to the class or even asked for baby’s name. There were long periods of time where we were just sitting there watching the LOs (I can do that at home for free). I found all sorts of particles on my LO’s feet and hands after letting her crawl around for a few minutes and highly doubt they clean regularly. The bubbles used reeked of chemicals - definitely not baby safe.
The worst part was probably our check-in experience. When we walked in not only were we not greeted by anyone but two staff members walked by us without even acknowledging us. We found a staff member and asked about taking a class. She was so dismissive that we considered leaving right then. We asked to sign the waiver and go in to the class as it had already started but she didn’t seem to understand or care about our request. We also asked about the age range for the class since our LO is crawling and pulling up but she just stated the age range (clearly doesn’t understand that babies develop at different rates and this class might not have been the best fit for her since was at the top of the range and already doing things that would qualify her for the older group). Definitely not the experience you expect when children are involved (or ever really). Don’t waste your time, this place is terrible.

We absolutely love The Little Gym. It has just the right amount of structure for a toddler. As opposed to other gyms, the staff recognizes that there are certain realistic expectations of a toddler, and sometimes they have a mind of their own-that is encouraged here!

They run them around till they are tired and this is exactly what I needed for two toddler boys.
They have lesson plans at each class and there is no waiting around like some other gyms we've tried. They constantly keep them busy.
My boys have loved teacher Brad since we've started and they have come out of their shells, are more active and less shy.
