Naci is truly amazing. She has a magical way of helping you connect with your body — you can actually feel that connection within yourself and then down into the Earth. I’ve been to many Pilates classes before, but nowhere have I learned to truly connect my mind to my inner body, to listen to my muscles, and to work with them the way I have with Naci.
Her classes leave you feeling energized and renewed. I’ve done yoga with her, Pilates on the reformer machines, and now weight fundamentals — and every session feels transformative. Naci’s work is pure magic.

I had a great experience at Nancy’s Pilates class. The pace was slow and deliberate, allowing for mindful movement and a real sense of focus. She encouraged us to engage specific muscle groups with intention, which made the practice feel both powerful and energizing. The studio itself had a lovely atmosphere, with an abundance of natural light that added to the calm and uplifting energy of the space.

I really enjoy the yoga classes. The instructors are very helpful to fully understand the art and the practice of yoga. It has been the best workout class for me, about a year now.

Great yoga studio! Every instructor is professional, welcoming and provides a great practice. Love the atmosphere, too. Do yourself a favor and try Moksha Yoga. All levels to choose from. Wonderful place!

We have been Pilates clients at Moksha for 3 years, and we would not want to go anywhere else. Our experience has been top-notch in every way. The instructors are very well-trained, but also demonstrate that they, too, are learning and growing in practice. We particularly appreciate the personalized experience we get - as opposed to a big warehouse-type environment, where you may or may not feel like the instructor even knows your name. The online scheduling is super easy, and class times are very flexible to meet our schedules. Thank you, Moksha!!

I've been attending yoga classes at Moksha for over a year now. I do the Monday beginners class with Bonnie. It's just the right amount of strength, stretching, relaxation, and variety to help me recover from the many miles I run during the week. Bonnie is an excellent instructor and honestly cares about her students and strives to make sure that ea h student receives the most benefits from her classes.
I've seen other instructors holding other classes (I.e. Pilates) and they show the same.level of commitment and motivation to their students that I've experienced in my yoga classes.
I highly recommend Moksha Yoga and Pilates. The classes and instructors are excellent and very knowledgeable. And the pricing is very comparative to other studios and I think in some cases even lower.
Be sure to say hi if you attend a Monday beginners class, I'm sure I'll be there.

A class at Moksha Yoga is like spending an hour at the beach but better. You get a great workout AND relaxation which is great for managing stress. The teachers are wonderful!
