I'm finally starting to achieve my goals! I never had an issue working out and staying fit until I hit 50. Things just slowed. I decided it was time to find a trainer and I am so glad I found The O Life. With Preston's help and a couple bootcamp classes a week I am feeling better than I ever have and finally fitting into those favorite clothes I thought I would have to donate. I’ve been going to O Life Fitness for a several months, and let me tell you—this place does not play! I’m enrolled in their boot camp, and it’s honestly the most fun I’ve had while getting my butt kicked. It’s all about that “No mercy, no BS” vibe—in the best possible way. The workouts are intense, creative, and always leave me feeling accomplished (and sore in muscles I didn’t even know existed).

Shoutout to Preston, my coach. He brings the perfect combo of energy, discipline, and humor to every session. I have been training with Preston now for 3 years this month, so when he told me he was opening his own private facility I was elated. While training with Preston I have accomplished so much, such as losing 15lbs of body fat and gaining 10lbs of muscle. One of my biggest accomplishments is actually more personal to me though, when I met Preston I had very limited mobility in my left side due to repeated seizures from my epilepsy as a child. That limited mobility made me very weak. After only 3 months of training with Preston I was able to regain mobility and have even strength throughout my body.
I have never met a trainer like him before. His knowledge is endless but his passion for people goes beyond that. He truly wants to see you achieve your goals and go beyond them.
Now at The O Life I have actually stepped out of my comfort zone and started doing boot camp classes as well, and honestly that has become such a highlight of my week. I’ve gained so many new friends and found new confidence in myself just by being apart of this O Life Family.
10/10 recommend this gym and Preston to anyone and everyone!

I’ve made amazing gains since I began training with Preston about two years ago. In the beginning, though, I just wanted to get back in shape.

Prior to working with Preston, I lost a lot of weight that I gained during the pandemic. But I overdid it and was underweight and weak. Over the next six months, Preston built up my strength so that I could start doing compound exercises like squats, bench press, and deadlifts. He also taught me a lot about strength training and the gym so that I could do effective workouts on my own in between our PT sessions.

The learning didn’t stop there. Preston also helped me understand how nutrition and sleep affect my performance in the gym. After a bulk cycle followed by a cut, my strength and muscle tone and bulk have increased significantly while I have stayed lean and mean.

What’s more, I’ve become a gym rat at age 60! And I’m looking forward to crushing more goals with Preston this year.

In 2022 I started training with Preston because I didn’t feel confident in my own skin, and was looking to invest in a trainer who would help me reach my goals. Well, Preston was the trainer who was matched to me, and I am so grateful it went that way. Not only has Preston made me reach so many accomplishments, but he is also my top supporter and has always pushed me to do my best. Preston is knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does, and I always learn something new from him. After going to college and getting bed ridden for 9 months, I was hopeless as I had gained weight, and lost so many gains. However, I came back home and started coaching with Preston and saw immediate changes and results. Preston has been the best coach and has helped me continue to reach more goals even 2 years later.

Two years ago, I started with Preston to train for the fire academy and I weighed 130lbs. My pant size was a 26 waist and my shirt size was small/extra small. Preston really focused on helping me eat more to allow me to build more muscle and get stronger. I now weigh 160lbs, wear a size medium and have a hard fitting my quads into my old pants! With Preston’s help I have packed on more muscle than I thought I would. We also focused on the conditioning aspect of my training for the physical feats I would have to endure at the academy. When it came time to perform and attend the two week academy, I was prepared and was able to complete the training. Currently, I am continuing my training to further progress my strength for Tae Kwon Do. I recently placed 4th in one of my national tournaments. Don’t sleep on booking your tryout session and working with Preston at The O Life Center.
