Amazing experience. Truly feels like I was able to get a fully body workout and the trainers worked around my hip troubles. Would highly recommend to beginners, those working past injury, or experienced gym attendees looking to get a bit more out of their time working out.

Update after completing my 3rd month of training with Matthew. -
This training was just what I needed to get back my energy and start feeling good about myself again. Matthew is a fantastic trainer. I highly recommend him. He is supportive and encouraging!

I am 59 and began going to The Perfect Workout in October of 2018. Matthew is amazing. He ensures my form is right, while trying to help me get the most out of each session. If you have prior injuries or special needs, Matthew will tweak the workout to consider them.
It is nice to have the personalized attention because I want to gain strength the right way. Another aspect that I love is the quiet studio. No loud music, no distractions, no waiting to get on a machine, no smells, no cleanup after others. The Sugar Land studio and machines look clean and fresh each visit. I highly recommend the experience.

I love the Perfect Workout! The trainers are excellent, personable, and not intimidating. The work out is quick but challenging. Since I have been working out at the Perfect Workout I have become much stronger, my knees are no longer hurting, and I am able to do things I could not previously. Finally found a place that I feel comfortable with the supervison of a trainer that wonβt let me get hurt, but knows how to get me to the place I exert all I can to reach my potential. I donβt have the aches and pain that I had before and am able to lift and not get back strain, keeping me out of a doctors office so the expense is not so bad. I recommend this to all. Donβt mind going since it only takes 20 minuets of my day.
