I absolutely *hate* weight lifting workouts, but I also know this is absolutely necessary for my long term health. If youβre like me, this is the best place to do it. The workouts target long term strength building, are very manageable, and even enjoyable! Itβs the βperfectβ amount of time per session to do without getting bored or burned out. The trainers are great by learning your personality and adjusting to your goals and workout style and needs. The app helps you easily track progress and manage your appointments. And with multiple locations, Iβve been able to stay on my routine when I travel.

I highly recommend The Perfect Workout! I have found that my blood pressure has dropped into normal ranges and I would suppose my cholesterol has as well. I will soon have it checked. Iβve definitely gained muscle and have become stronger which was my original goal. Iβve got two young grandchildren who still require me to pick them up and I needed to strengthen my lower back and core.
Rob, my personal trainer, has been so good to me when Iβve been unable to make appts because of a serious illness with my mother. Heβs the best and so is The Perfect Workout!

This is an extraordinary facility with a tried and true plan that works for me. In twenty minutes, twice a week, in and out, your trainer never leaves your side, a person is able to strengthen through slow resistance weight training--without injury--amazing!!!
